[Detailed Description of the Invention] When configuring a power supply system for an electronic circuit or the like, it is possible to use a laminated bus bar in which a plurality of conductor elements are alternately laminated with a dielectric insulating film interposed therebetween and the entire body is insulated.
It is well known that this is the most suitable means for providing an excellent characteristic impedance to an open circuit, and that it is widely applied to modern digital equipment in general.

Conventionally, this type of laminated busbar is designed by designing the pitch of the individual terminals of the conductor elements or the offset formed between the terminals of the conductor elements each time according to the specifications, and then subjecting it to the lamination process. Therefore, even if a laminated busbar has the same pitch and offset, if another product with a different number of terminals is required, this will also have to be remanufactured, which is extremely complicated. This is also unfavorable from the standpoint of process control. In order to rationally solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of conventional products, the present invention has the following features:
Long laminated busbars with terminals with various pitches and offsets are manufactured in advance as standard products and used so that the customer has the required number of terminals. In particular, this laminated busbar can be cut to any length as appropriate and used for mounting. For example, in the case of no offset, when forming the band-shaped conductor element 1 as a component, a predetermined pitch P is provided.
This conductor element 1 is made of a material in advance so that notches 3 and 4 having a depth D larger than half of the width W of the conductor element 1 can be provided on both sides of the terminals 2 to be provided in large numbers from the protruding side green. Form a large number of punches.

In order to manufacture a laminated bus bar using the conductor element 1 having such a structure, as shown in FIG. When two conductive elements 1 are aligned and temporarily laminated so that elements 2 protrude in opposite directions at the same position,
In the cut plane of the line 1 passing through the notch 3 in the obtained laminate, as shown in FIG. 3, the conductor portions of each conductor element 1 have a portion where they do not overlap due to the notch 3 of each conductor element 1. Therefore, the insulation between the conductors at the cut surface is suitably ensured. The mutual insulation between both conductors when the wire 1 is cut through another adjacent notch 4 is the same as above, and there is no need to provide this notch across the terminal; When forming the notch in the above manner,
Since terminals can be layered near the cut ends, rational use of materials can be achieved. When the surface insulating material 6 is overlaid on the exposed surface of each conductor element 1 of the laminate constructed as described above and the whole is laminated and coated, and the terminals 2 are bent to the same side, a horizontal laminate busbar as shown in Fig. 4 is formed. Since a finished product can be obtained, various types of long laminated busbars with various pitches P set in advance can be easily manufactured and stocked as standard products. Therefore, the customer can use the laminated bus bar by appropriately cutting the laminated bus bar at the notch portion to a length suitable for the power supply system required for the mounting on the circuit board. Although the laminated busbar according to the above embodiment is exemplified in which the terminals of the conductors do not have an offset, when configuring the laminated busbar of the present invention having an offset, as shown in FIG. In addition to the same conductor element 1 as shown in FIG.

The conductor element 7 has its terminals 8 formed to protrude in the opposite direction to the protruding direction of the terminals 2 so as to form an offset L with the terminals 2 of the conductor element, although the terminals 8 are the same as the pitch P of the conductor element, and , a notch 3 including the terminal 2
, 4 is provided with a notch 9 having the same width at the same position, and the depth of the cut similarly has dimension D. Thereafter, as described above, the conductor elements and 7 are aligned and temporarily laminated via the interlayer insulating material 5 as shown in FIG. 6, and then the whole is laminated integrally with the surface insulating material 6 as shown in FIG. By overmolding, a horizontal laminated busbar similar to that shown in FIG. 4 and having an offset L between the terminals can be obtained. The above method can be applied to vertical laminated busbars as well.
In this case, as an example is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the protruding positions of the terminals 2 in the conductor element 7 and the other conductor element 1 in FIG. A conductor element 10 is prepared.

In the element, 11 indicates a large number of terminals provided at a pitch P, and 12 indicates a notch. If such a pair of conductor elements 7, 10 are laminated and molded in the same manner using interlayer insulating material 13 and surface insulating material 14, a vertical laminated bus bar as shown in FIG. 8 can be completed. In this manner, the present invention provides cut portions in the same layer from opposite edges at regular intervals in the conductor elements stacked with an intervening insulating material in between, so that the conductor elements have locations where they do not overlap. By forming the bus bar as a finished product, it is possible to cut the laminated bus bar as a finished product with scissors or the like at the cut point and use it for mounting, so it is possible to use the same pitch and offset, but with a different number of terminals. Even if the bus bar is made new, there is no need to manufacture a new bus bar each time, and the customer can cut the bus bar to any desired length to obtain a laminated bus bar that fits the circuit board. Therefore, among the laminated busbars as described above, it is possible to manufacture products with different pitches and offsets in advance and prepare them as standard products, which not only helps standardize the product and facilitate process control, but also reduces the cost of the product. We will be able to provide effective results.
