本発明は上述の観点に鑑みなしたもので、その要旨とす

囲するようダイヤフラムプレートを配設すると共に外槽
側壁とダイヤフラムプレートとの間に保冷用のパーラィ
トを充填せしめ、前記ダイヤフラムプレートと内槽側壁
との間にガス通路を形成し、ダイヤフラムプレートを円
周方向に所要間隔で分割し、分割面にグラスウールを挟
んで該ダイヤフラムプレートを連結し、前記ガス通路の
