However, this method has the disadvantage that it requires a large amount of treatment liquid, requires a large amount of dyes, auxiliaries, etc., and also requires a large amount of steam energy, making it extremely sterile. Furthermore, in the same beam dyeing method, there is a technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 19294/1983 as a technique for lowering the liquid level. However, with this technology, processing is performed with the liquid level simply lowered, so the air that existed between the cloth peaks and the air in the beam when the cloth was wound is transferred into the cloth as the processing liquid is circulated. This has the disadvantage that many air spots are generated, resulting in uneven processing, making uniform processing difficult. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and enables conventional beam dyeing of processed fabrics at a low bath ratio.
Scouring and other treatments can be carried out, and a correspondingly small amount of dyes and auxiliary agents are required.Furthermore, there is no residual air in the treated fabric wrapped around the outer periphery of the beam, and uneven dyeing and air spots can be avoided. The purpose of this invention is to provide a processing method that can realize uniform processing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a method for dyeing or other processing of a processed cloth wound around the outer periphery of a beam having a large number of five fluid passage holes in a sealable horizontal processing tank. After filling the processing tank with a processing solution to immerse the treated cloth field, the treatment solution is circulated to deaerate the inside of the cloth field, and then a part of the treatment liquid being circulated is collected or drained. do,
Low bath ratio beam dyeing in which dyes, auxiliary agents, etc. are added after the liquid level in the processing tank is lowered to a predetermined position, and the processing liquid is circulated only from the inside to the outside of the fabric to be processed. Therefore, in the method of the present invention, in particular, the treatment tank is filled with the treatment liquid to completely submerge the cloth to be treated, and the air is forcibly degassed while being circulated. There are no air spots, and the occurrence of air spots can be prevented.

In addition, the circulating treatment liquid can be collected by a pump into a collection tank or drained to the outside, lowering the liquid level in the treatment tank to a predetermined position, making it possible to perform dyeing and other treatments at low-quality dyes. Only a small amount of additives and auxiliaries are required. Furthermore, during processing, the processing liquid was circulated only from the inside to the outside of the fabric to be treated, so that the processing liquid was evenly sprayed radially from inside the beam, allowing it to come in contact with the processing liquid evenly. .

Additionally, a pressure regulating valve 21 is provided above the processing tank 1.
It is used to deaerate the inside of the processing tank, and also to constantly adjust the pressure inside the processing tank. A beam wrapped with a treatment cloth is installed in the treatment tank, the treatment tank is sealed, water is filled into the treatment tank 1 from the water supply valve 12, and the pump 9 circulates it from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside. .

In other words, when the inside of the treatment tank is pressurized to 4k9/G, the volume of air in the cloth to be treated will be 1'4 to 4k9/G.
The air becomes smaller and becomes easier to escape from the material to be treated, and when the pressure is reduced after pressurization, the air that had previously been small suddenly becomes four times larger, causing an air splitting effect, and re-pressurization causes the air volume to become smaller again. It will come off easily. The deaeration effect is also improved by changing the flow direction of the treatment liquid from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside for the treated fabric. Next, when the stop valve 13 is opened while circulating the liquid with the pump 9, the recovery tank 1 gradually closes.
0, or when the 9E liquid valve 14 is opened and the liquid is drained, the liquid level in the processing tank 1 drops to a predetermined position.

In this state, the stop valve 13 is closed and the process is carried out by circulating at a predetermined temperature. By reducing the level of the processing liquid to a predetermined level (less than half of the processing tank), the yield ratio, which was previously 1:12 to 20, has been reduced to 1:6.
~10, which is more than half the vulgar ratio compared to the conventional method. In addition, since the processing liquid is ejected from within the beam through the fluid passage hole 3, there are no air spots and uniform processing is possible. Furthermore, rotating the beam further improves the uniform treatment effect. In addition, in the present invention, since the treatment is carried out in a treatment tank, high temperature treatment (for example, 130° C.) is also possible.
The dye and auxiliary agent are supplied from the additional tank 11 to the suction side of the pump 9 of the circulation path 7. Note that the liquid recovered in the recovery tank can be reused as it is for the next process. Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention loads the cloth to be treated wrapped around a beam into a treatment tank, first supplies water, and then fills the treatment tank with the treatment liquid and soaks it. The processing liquid was circulated while it was immersed in the container, which ensured degassing, eliminated air spots, and enabled uniform processing.

After degassing, lowering the processing liquid in the processing tank to a predetermined position achieves a low-grade ratio, which requires less dyes and auxiliary agents, and reduces the amount of steam used in the heat exchanger. Significant rationalization has become possible. Note that the degassing effect can be further improved by repeating pressurization and depressurization using the pressure regulating valve of the processing tank during degassing. Further, when the beam is rotated, the uniformity of processing is further improved.
