A generally known method is to wrap a fiber fabric in a layer around the outer periphery of a beam tube, place it in a dyeing tank, and circulate a treatment solution through the beam tube and the fiber fabric to carry out the dyeing treatment. and,
In such beam dyeing processing, in order to perform low liquor ratio processing, a dummy is placed in the dyeing processing tank to reduce the internal volume of the processing tank, thereby reducing the amount of processing liquid filled in the processing tank. It has been proposed to reduce the

According to the method proposed above, by realizing a low bath ratio, dyes, auxiliary agents, water, steam, etc. can be saved, and costs in beam dyeing processing can be reduced. However, even though it is possible to achieve a lower bath ratio through such measures, it is not possible to shorten the dyeing process time and effectively perform uniform dyeing with such measures alone, and therefore it is not possible to shorten the dyeing process time and effectively perform uniform dyeing. However, there were still problems in that it took a long time and in some cases resulted in uneven staining.

Therefore, the present invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art as described above.

According to the present invention, there is provided a method for dyeing by arranging a beam tube around which a fiber fabric is wrapped in layers in a dyeing treatment tank, and circulating a treatment liquid through the beam tube and the fiber fabric layer. Therefore,
In this method, the amount of treatment liquid supplied into the dyeing treatment tank is set to 1/2 to 2/3 of the capacity of the treatment layer, and the circulation flow rate of the treatment liquid by the pump is 3 to 4 times the amount of treatment liquid per minute.
and rotating the beam tube during the dyeing process.

According to the method of the present invention having the above configuration, the dissolved concentration of the dye and auxiliary agent in the treatment liquid is made uniform, and the temperature distribution in the tank is also uniform, so that uniform dyeing of the fiber fabric is achieved. At the same time, the number of circulations of the treatment liquid is greatly increased, so that the dyeing time can also be shortened. Therefore, the fiber fabric can be beam dyed at a low bath ratio and in a short time, making it possible to dye very efficiently and at low cost, and to obtain uniform and high-quality dyed products.

Note that when the beam tube was not rotated, a color difference occurred between the upper and lower sides of the treated fabric wound around the beam tube. Therefore, if the beam is not rotated, the treatment liquid level must be raised to a position where the fabric to be treated is submerged.
