根は一方向へ廻すだけであるため手動で回転したとして
も熟練を要することもなく、しかも、藤部も一本で済む
ため、損梓羽根の構造を要易にするとともに動力により
櫨梓羽根を駆動する場合でもその動力源への連結が簡単
に行われるように構成したものである。この発明の第一

には着脱自在に装着されている。この額梓羽根亀4は前
記取付軸12に装着される鰍部首6と澄幹部16とより
なる。この蝿梓部量6は前記容器貴3に投入される材料
に対して櫨梓抵抗が小さくなるよう中央に切欠による開
□17が形成されている。すなわち、損洋部16は側方
へ延出する水平部18とその一端から立上る垂直部19
とよりなる。そして、この縄幹部16の外側端にはナイ
ロン材等により形成されて前誌材料に対する蝿洋抵抗の
小さい複数の榛体28が水平方向に棺設されている。ま
た、前記橿梓部16の損梓面22には複数の榛体21が
約45oの角度をもって下向きに突出するよう楯設され
ている。これらの樺体21の付根の位置は前記機体20
の付根の位置から半ピッチづつ偏位している。そして、
前記容器13には蓋23が着脱自在に取付けられている
。このような構成において、容器13に卵等の材料を投
入し「蓋23を閉じてからモータ2を駆動する。その回
転は渡洋羽根14に伝達されるが、損梓部16は関口1
7を有して材料に対する鷹梓抵抗が小さく高速で回転す
る。極体20,21も材料中を高速で移動する。すなわ
ち、榛体20,21は材料を飛沫を上げて高速で灘拝し

る作用はより一層活発に行われる。このように、鷹浮羽
根14は一方向に回転させるだけであるので、手動で廻
したとしても熟練を必要とすることはない。また、軸部
亀5も一本しか必要としないため蝿梓羽根竃亀の構造も
簡単で、取付軸量2への装着も簡単に行いうる。そして
、灘梓部16に付着する材料も水中を二三度くぐらせる
程度で簡単に水洗することができる。ついでトこの発明
の第二の実施例を第4図ないし第6図に基いて説明する
