に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fabric frame for an embroidery machine that can be used in an embroidery machine, that is, a well-known embroidery machine in which figures, patterns, etc. are formed on fabric by machine sewing means. It is.

図面について説明する。The conventional presser frame has an outer frame 22 as shown in FIG.
and an inner frame 21, the outer frame is placed on the bed surface of the sewing machine, a cloth is placed on it, and the inner frame is placed on the cloth,
Thereafter, the inner frame is sunk into the outer frame so that the outer periphery of the inner frame overlaps the inner periphery of the outer frame, and the cloth is held under pressure by these opposing surfaces. With such a structure, since a part of the fabric is strongly pinched between the inner frame and the outer frame, tight wrinkles occur there, and after the embroidery is completed, other repairs such as pressing are required to remove the wrinkles. There were drawbacks that required additional measures. Furthermore,
When cloth for embroidery is brought in one after another,
If the thickness of those cloths is different, it corresponds to that (
In other words, there is a major drawback in that it requires a means to ensure that the gap between the outer diameter of the inner frame and the inner diameter of the outer frame matches the thickness of the cloth, and that setting it requires time and complexity. Ta. Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems all at once, and provides an extremely useful cloth frame for an embroidery sewing machine that can be operated by the operator with little force and has sufficient consideration for cloth contact. This is what I am trying to do. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings.

This figure shows a multi-head type embroidery sewing machine, a bed necessary for the sewing machine, and a cloth placed on the bed to be embroidered by the multi-head type sewing machine. Reference numerals 4 and 5 denote an inner frame and an outer frame formed in an annular shape, which are used to give the cloth 3 the movement necessary for embroidery, such as in the direction of arrow 11 parallel to the top surface of the bed, while the cloth 3 is in tension.

In this clothing 7, reference numeral 9 denotes a large number of engagement needles which are successively arranged in the four grooves 6 formed in an annular shape. The base 9'' of this is fixed to the base fabric 8. On the other hand, the tip 9' of this engaging needle 9 protrudes slightly beyond the presser foot, which varies depending on the fabric to be embroidered, for example. However, about 2 to 3 willows are made to protrude, and the protruding direction is as shown in the figure.A rubber material 1 is placed on the needle tip side of the base fabric 8.
0, which is an effective configuration for maintaining the elasticity of the engagement needle 9. Also, the distance between these needles, that is, the number of needles per unit area, is such that when the inner frame is placed on the fabric and pressed, the needle tips 9' engage with the fabric as shown in the various figures. However, it is necessary to arrange the needle tips densely so that they do not penetrate the cloth 3, and the density is, for example, 55.
It is best to have 100 pieces per area. Note that this density naturally differs depending on the needle thickness or needle angle. For example, the needle thickness is card wire gauge (CWG) #2.
5 to #3, and the angles shown in Figure 4 should be A'' angle at about 70o to 900o, B'' angle at about 35o to 90o, and height C'' at about 7 to 12 degrees. An example of using the above configuration will be explained.

In this state, the annular inner frame 4 is placed so as to surround the needle book position. The tips 9' of a large number of engagement needles 9 provided in a protruding manner between the inner frame and the outer frame engage the cloth 3, thereby preventing the cloth from being drawn toward the center in advance. do. In such a state, each of the plurality of sewing machines 1 is operated, and the fabric 3 in each inner frame is
Started embroidery. It should be noted that, as a matter of course, the inner frame 4 is operated by a well-known mechanism in the front, rear, left and right directions. After the embroidery is completed in this manner, the fabric 3 is freed by simply raising the inner frame 4, making its handling simple and convenient. Next, what is shown in each of the figures A to I of FIG. 6 is a modification of the one shown in FIG. This shows an example in which the locking element C having the engaging needle 9 as the main element can be attached to the frame side, or sometimes to the outer frame side (it may be attached to both the inner frame and the outer frame). It is.

Note that Fig. 1 shows an example in which an engagement needle 9 is attached to the outer periphery of the inner frame 4, and Fig. 3 shows an example in which the inner frame is formed into a clip shape.

Each tip of the needle 9 engages with the fabric, and the fabric can be fastened with a large engagement force as a whole. Moreover, since the engagement needle 9 maintains its ballistic properties, the engagement state is stably maintained, and as a result, It has the effect of firmly maintaining the stretched state of the cloth.

It has the advantage of preventing holes from forming.

。This can be applied appropriately to types of fabrics where the presence of needle holes is easily noticeable, such as thin yet tightly packed high-quality fabrics and leather, where the product value is significantly reduced due to the presence of needle holes. Demonstrate available usefulness. Further, as described above, the engaging needles 9 are engaged with the cloth 3 to fasten the cloth, and when the inner frame 4 is pushed in as described above, they are arranged in high density and maintain elasticity. The needle tips of the numerous engagement needles 9 have the advantage of being able to reach a predetermined location by moving in a stroking motion on the surface of the cloth 3 without being pierced by the cloth 3.
