Although this method allows the creation of an uneven pattern very easily, it requires a lot of effort and expense to create the embossing roll, and it is extremely difficult to synchronize the pattern with the unevenness. Another method is to create a mask that matches the pattern using positive or negative film, overlap the mask over the pattern, and irradiate light onto it to create unevenness by varying the curing speed. be.

The present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. When using normal ink, as shown in Figure 1, a pattern is applied partially to a base material 1 using normal ink 2, and then any part of the pattern is polymerized. An ultraviolet curable paint 3 which has a large shrinkage rate during curing is applied, and then an ultraviolet curable paint 4 which has a smaller shrinkage rate during polymerization and curing than the ultraviolet curable paint 4 is applied over the entire surface.

In this case, the portion of the paint that has a large shrinkage rate becomes concave. When using an ultraviolet curable ink, as shown in FIG.
After partially printing, an ultraviolet curable paint 6, which is of the same radical polymerization type as the ink and has a relatively low shrinkage rate during polymerization and curing, is applied to the entire surface.

It forms unevenness that is perfectly synchronized with the surface. As the base material, paper, synthetic paper, resin-mixed paper, non-woven fabric, resin film, wood base material, fiberboard, inorganic base material, metal plate, etc. can be used as desired. Those that have been treated can also be used.

The shrinkage rate of time is small! Any material whose main component is a repolymer oligomer or monomer, or a prepolymer oligomer or monomer with a low crosslinking density may be used.

Note that the size of the shrinkage rate is relative; It is sufficient if there is a certain difference in shrinkage rate sufficient to form a difference in unevenness between the UV-curable ink and the paint that will form the convex portions, and between the UV-curable ink and the paint that will form the convex portions. Any method such as gravure coating, roll coating, curtain flow coating, etc. can be used as a coating method. The ultraviolet irradiation device used for polymerizing and curing the coating is a polymerization fluorescent lamp with an output of 1 W 1 cm. 30WIcm160WIC!Nl8OWlOll
