Therefore, by coloring, it is possible to manufacture products with beautiful colors, but the external shapes are fixed to some extent, such as circles, squares, and fan shapes, making it impossible to manufacture products with complex shapes. In view of this, the present invention aims to manufacture ground-breaking dough products in complex shapes such as animals, fish, vehicles, flowers, etc. that children like. Moreover, in a container with small holes for air venting in the deep parts and corners where it is difficult to vent air during vacuum packaging, an amount of paste-like material of a paste product mainly made of fish meat is placed in an amount equal to the content of the container. After supplying, when vacuum packaging the container, the air inside the container is removed and the paste material is filled so as to spread to every corner of the container, and the material surface at the opening at the top of the container is made flat. It is characterized in that it is formed by subjecting it to a required heat treatment.

When a product is made by steaming a material mainly consisting of fish meat in a later process from this elephant-shaped container, the shape of the pastry product to be manufactured from a material that can withstand the steaming temperature and has shape-retaining properties, such as a hard synthetic resin film, such as an elephant shape. , animals such as dogs, vehicles such as trains, ships, and airplanes, flowers, houses, dolls, robots, etc. shall be shaped in advance to have external shapes that children will like. A paste-like material 2 is supplied into the container 1 of the lever, and small air vents are installed at the corners and the deepest part of the container to ensure that the material is filled to every corner of the container, which has a complicated uneven shape. Drill holes. The number of small holes varies depending on the size and shape of the container. Further, a flat flange is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the concave portion 1a of the container 1 to provide strength, if necessary.

At the time of vacuum packaging, the required amount of material is simply supplied into the container, but the material is filled to every corner of the container and the upper opening surface of the container is made flat. This is done by feeding the container containing the material into the concave cavity of the lower film 3, which is formed in advance in a concave shape, in an automatic vacuum packaging machine by a conveyor or the like, or by an operator. The upper film 4 is supplied so as to be stacked on top, and vacuum packaging is performed in the vacuum chamber of the packaging machine by sealing the outer edges of both the upper and lower films. At this time, the air in the upper and lower films is exhausted by a vacuum pump. When the container is opened, the air in the deep layers and corners of the container, which are relatively difficult to discharge, can be easily removed through the small air vent holes, and the negative pressure causes the upper film and the lower film to come into close contact with each other. When this happens, the upper film presses against the upper opening of the container, and the required amount of material supplied to the container in the previous step is pushed into the container, resulting in a paste-like material. The container is filled to every nook and corner, and the top surface is flat. After vacuum packaging in this manner, it is fed to a steamer and the paste-like material is heat-treated to form a desired pastry product.

In the above embodiment, the paste material was supplied into a quadrangular material, which was sandwiched between upper and lower films, and the outer periphery of the material was sealed. After the container is inserted into a tube, the open end of the container is vacuum-sealed for packaging, and cellophane paper is sometimes placed on top of the material inside the container.

According to the present invention, a paste-like material is supplied into a container shaped into a desired rectangular shape, which is then vacuum-packed and then heat-processed, resulting in an epoch-making shape not seen before. We are able to provide a paste product that children especially enjoy, and because the container has small air vent holes that allow air to be removed completely, even containers with complex shapes can be completely vacuum packed, reducing storage time. This has the advantage that the container is completely filled with the paste-like material along with this complete air removal, resulting in a product with a beautiful external shape.
