A large number of suction holes 2 are formed in the. A core material receiving jig 3 is installed on this substrate 1, and a core material 4 made of particle board or the like is placed on this receiving jig 3.
A vinyl chloride sheet 5 whose back surface is coated with an adhesive is adhered to the surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4c of the core material 4, and the surface and the substrate 1 are further covered with a flat rubber sheet 6. Therefore, from this state, a vacuum pump (not shown) is used to vacuum the rubber sheet 6 and the substrate 1 through the suction hole 2.
When the air present between them is inhaled, the rubber sheet 6 is pressed onto the surface of the vinyl chloride sheet 5 by atmospheric pressure, and due to this pressing force and the elastic force of the rubber sheet 6 itself, the vinyl chloride sheet 5 becomes a core material. 4, along the surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4c of 4.

決する接着方法を提供するものである。Thereafter, the excess portion of the vinyl chloride sheet 5 is cut off, bent if necessary, and adhered to the bottom surface 4d of the core material 4, thereby forming a decorative plate. However, since a flat rubber sheet 6 is used in this case, when the rubber sheet 6 is stretched by atmospheric pressure from the state shown by the dashed line to the state shown by the solid line, it uniformly follows the surface of the core material 4. In addition, the pressure applied to the vinyl chloride sheet 5 will become uneven, and in extreme cases, the vinyl chloride sheet 5 may become misaligned. In addition, by arranging multiple core materials in parallel with vinyl chloride sheets, covering all of these core materials with a single flat rubber sheet, and adsorbing this rubber sheet, chloride can be applied to multiple core materials at the same time. When vinyl sheets are glued together, if the distance between the core materials placed on the substrate is reduced, it becomes difficult for the rubber sheet to reach the surface of the substrate between the core materials. There is a problem in that the rubber sheet does not conform properly near the lower end of the core material, resulting in poor adhesion of the vinyl chloride sheet. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to make the distance between the core materials sufficiently large in advance, which reduces the number of decorative plates formed in one suction, making it difficult to mass-produce. . The present invention provides an adhesive method that solves these conventional problems.

のである。In FIGS. 2 and 3, parts with the same symbols as in FIG. 1 have the same functions. Reference numeral 7 denotes a rubber sheet having a concave portion 7a formed in advance into substantially the same shape as the core material 4. With this configuration, even when the core material 4 is covered with the concave portion 7a of the rubber sheet 7 and this rubber sheet 7 is adsorbed, the rubber sheet 7 uniformly follows the surface of the core material 4, so that the pressing force is reduced. There is no possibility of non-uniformity or misalignment of the adhesive sheet 5 made of vinyl chloride or the like. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, if a plurality of recesses 7a having the same shape as the core material 4 are arranged in parallel at close intervals on the rubber sheet 7 in advance, a plurality of core materials 4 can be placed in parallel at close intervals. Even when the rubber sheet 7 is placed between the core materials 4, the rubber sheet 7 is sufficiently inserted between the core materials 4, and the adhesive sheet 5 made of vinyl chloride or the like can be adhered well. It is possible to increase the number of units and achieve mass production. As described above, in the present invention, an adhesive sheet is placed on the surface of a core material, the surface of this adhesive sheet is further covered with a rubber sheet molded in advance into the same shape as the core material, and then the core material By removing the air existing between the rubber sheet and the rubber sheet, the rubber sheet is pressed onto the surface of the adhesive sheet, and the adhesive sheet is adhered to the surface of the core material. This provides an excellent effect in that any desired sticking sheet can be easily and beautifully stuck to the surface of the core material, and mass production can also be achieved.
