本発明の構成を述べる。These traditional crafts shape various materials into various shapes,
Patterns are formed by pasting or embedding them into workpiece materials, and recently, similar patterns and openwork patterns have been formed using plastic materials. However, these patterns are also made of plastic that has been shaped in advance and embedded or fitted into predetermined locations.
The principles of the manufacturing method are the same as those of the traditional crafts mentioned above, and since the manufacturing cost is extremely high compared to the material cost, there was a keen awareness of the need to review and improve the manufacturing method. In view of these points, the present inventor has already developed a method for manufacturing patterned metal plates or metal products by continuously press-fitting or fitting plastic into punched holes in a workpiece using a plastic plate. A patent application has been filed as No. 54-147900. The present invention has been carried out with the same purpose as the above-mentioned application, and is intended to increase the holding power of the plastic material and to ensure completeness as a product. The configuration of the present invention will be described below with reference to embodiment figures.

It is common practice to form an oxide film on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy by chemical methods and electrochemical methods to form a non-corrosive layer, and in this example, the oxide film was also formed by the same method. . The oxide film formed in this way has fairly good acid and alkali resistance, but since the film obtained by anodic oxidation is porous, the protective effect of the film will be lost if it is left in place. Not enough. Then, a sealing treatment (Se
allng) to form a complete protective film (Figure 1)
. After this process is completed, a desired pattern is punched out on the metal plate 1 using a press or chemicals to form punched holes 3 (second
figure). Next, when the metal plate 1 with the punched holes 3 is immersed in a weak alkaline solution, the base metal 1'' on the inner surface 3'' of the punched holes 3
is attacked by alkali and forms a concave surface 3″ (
Figure 4). Once a suitable concave surface 3'' has been formed, the metal plate 1 is lifted out of the weak alkaline solution, neutralized with acid, washed with water, and thoroughly dried.
A softened transparent or colored plastic plate 4 is pressed or poured using, for example, a roller 5 from the surface of the plastic plate 4, and the soft plastic 4'' is fully fitted into the punched hole 3 (Fig. 5). The plastic 4'' inserted into the metal plate 3 gradually hardens and is held and fixed within the eroded concave surface 3'' of the base metal 1'', forming a plastic pattern by the punched holes 3 on the surface of the metal plate 1, child. As a result, a patterned metal plate 1 is manufactured (FIG. 6). The concave surface 3'' of the base metal 1'' is not smooth but has fine irregularities due to being attacked by the alkali, so the softened plastic 4'' is fully inserted into this uneven surface, solidified and held firmly. However, just to be sure, before inserting the plastic 4'' into the punched hole 3, glue the metal and plastic materials to the surfaces that the plastic 4'' will contact, that is, the concave surface 3'' and the non-corrosive layer surface 1'' on the back side of the metal plate 1. An adhesive 6 may be applied to hold the plastic 4'' by the adhesive 6 and the concave surface 3'' (FIG. 8).

Since it can be inserted without creating any gaps, no matter how minute or complex the pattern, it can be formed easily and at low cost.

。In addition, the present invention provides that if a non-corrosive layer can be formed on the surface of the metal to be processed, a corroded concave surface is created by corroding only the middle layer of the base metal to be corroded using an acid, alkali, or a corrosive agent. Hold the plastic 4″ inside this corroded concave surface,
By being fixed, it can be applied to many metals and alloys.

As described above, the present invention has the effect of easily forming a plastic pattern on a metal surface and exhibiting extremely good plastic retention performance.

For example, as shown in Fig. 9, a predetermined pattern 8 is punched out on the outer surface of a metal cylindrical container 7, and a plastic 4'' is inserted in the same manner as described above.
It is also easy to hold it and form a plastic pattern. In the embodiment of the present invention, the roller 5 is used to fit the plastic 4' of the plastic plate 4, but the same effect can be easily achieved using air pressure, a flat plate press, etc. plastic 4
There is no particular limitation on the method of inserting the plastic 4''.In addition, the plastic 4'' may be held only by the concave surface 3'' of the punched hole 3, or the plastic 4'' may be held by both the punched hole 3 and the back surface of the non-corrosive layer or the back surface of the metal base. 4'' is simply a matter of design, and may be determined individually depending on the pattern, size of the product, etc.
