Of these two types, the former is one in which a pattern is formed by manually bending and pasting thread-like metal wires one by one onto the surface of a copper base, and the pattern is formed in this way. This is a method of manufacturing transparent cloisonné in the shape of a glass vessel with metal pattern lines, by applying cloisonné glaze to the glass, then firing it, and removing the copper base itself by corrosion with chemicals, etc. The latter is, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-17718 or as shown in Figure 1.
A metal plate 1 made of gold, silver, copper, or an alloy thereof is used, and a through-hole space 2 is bored in the metal plate 1, consisting of a space pattern such as grooves, grooves, and grooves of various sizes and diameters. , and a method of manufacturing transparent cloisonné by providing a backing plate on the back side of the metal plate 1, applying cloisonné glaze to the through-hole space 2 in this state and firing it, and then peeling off the backing plate. <Problem to be solved by the invention> However, the former of the above, transparent cloisonné, cannot be mass-produced because the processing steps are many and complex, and it requires many years of skill, making it difficult for amateurs to carry out. It has the disadvantage of not being able to be coated, therefore it is extremely expensive compared to other cloisonné products, and it also lacks robustness. In addition, since the latter uses a metal plate made of gold, silver, copper, or an alloy thereof, the cost is high, the metal plate is flexible and weak, and it is difficult to repeatedly fire it. Since the diameter of the provided through-hole space 2 is large, this through-hole space 2
It is not possible to glaze and adhere sand-like transparent cloisonné glaze to the entire surface of the transparent space 2, and therefore it is impossible to melt and soften it in the firing process to form a glass-like film over the entire surface of the transparent space 2. Therefore, it was only possible to manufacture cloisonné products that had a space between them.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides perforated spaces by drilling grooves, gaps, or holes in a mesh pattern in a thin metal plate made of iron, stainless steel, brass, or nickel silver. At the same time, a transparent cloisonné glaze is repeatedly applied to a mesh-patterned metal base formed by plating the surface of the metal plate with gold, silver, copper, or an alloy thereof, and the glaze is fired to fill the perforated spaces with a cloisonné glaze film. The present invention relates to transparent cloisonné and a method for manufacturing the transparent cloisonné.

<Function> As mentioned above, in the present invention, since a specific metal plate such as iron or stainless steel is used, a thin plate with good workability can be used, and since it is strong, it can be fired repeatedly. Therefore, it is possible to repeat the application and firing of the sand-like transparent cloisonné glaze any number of times, and it is therefore possible to apply the cloisonné glaze to the entire surface even in a space with a relatively large diameter. You can obtain stained glass-like transparent cloisonné. In addition, iron, which is difficult to apply cloisonné glaze,
Even if a metal plate such as stainless steel is used, the surface is plated with gold, silver, copper, etc., so that the cloisonné glaze can be baked and fixed on the metal plate.

<Example> To explain the transparent cloisonne according to the present invention and its manufacturing method with reference to the drawings, in Fig. 2, 0.01~
A small diameter groove is formed in the metal base 3 made of a strong metal plate made of a thin iron plate or stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.2 mm.
The metal base 3 is formed into a predetermined uneven shape as required.

Next, on the surface of the metal base 3 made of the above-mentioned iron plate or stainless steel plate, for which it is said that it is extremely difficult to bake and fix the cloisonné glaze by cloisonné processing, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 129215/1983 developed by the inventor of the present invention, Using techniques, gold, silver, copper, or their alloys are plated and deposited on the entire surface.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, while tilting the metal base 3 back and forth and left and right, the perforated space 4 is opened.
A spray of water containing paste for cloisonné glaze is applied to the surface of the base 3, and then a sandy, smooth and transparent cloisonné glaze 6, which has been dried through a thin cylindrical sieve 5, is sprinkled on the surface, sides, and surface of the base 3. 0.2~ inside the perforated space 4
Apply it with a thickness of about 2 mm, and after drying
It is baked at around 850°C for about 2 minutes to be welded to the surface of the base 3. Next, by repeating this process 2 to 6 times, the cloisonné glaze layer 7 on the surface of the base 3 increases in thickness, and the space 4 bored therein is completely filled with the cloisonné glaze layer 7. A glass-like cloisonne glaze film is formed here, and as a final step, a transparent colored glaze is applied over the cloisonné glaze layer 7, and after drying in the same manner, it is fired at around 850℃ for about 2 minutes. You can get cloisonné products that look like stained glass. The lighting fixture 8 shown in FIG. 7 is manufactured by processing a cloisonné product constructed as described above.

As a result of many years of research by the present inventor, the size of the perforated space 4 is limited by the thickness of the metal base 3, the size of the cloisonné glaze, etc.; If the thickness of base 3 is 0.1mm,
If the thickness of the base 3 is 0.1 mm, the diameter of the perforated space 4 can be up to 3 mm, and if the thickness of the base 3 is 0.5 mm, the diameter of the perforated space 4 can be up to 8 mm. If the thickness of 3 is 1 mm, the diameter of the perforated space 4 is 10 mm.
It turned out to be possible.

<Effects of the Invention> The transparent cloisonne according to the present invention and the method for producing the same use a metal base in which spaces in the range described above are perforated in a pattern, and water containing glue is sprayed on this base and then dried. By sprinkling sand-like transparent cloisonné glaze, it is adhered to a certain thickness, then dried and fired to weld it, and by repeating this process several times, it is applied to the metal base. The drilled space is completely buried and a glass-like cloisonné glaze film is formed in this area, so there is no space left as is with conventional transparent cloisonne, and the entire surface of the space is covered with a glass-like cloisonné glaze film. Therefore, the transparent cloisonne according to the present invention has a base having a pattern of spaces connected in a mesh pattern, and the front surface of this space has a glass-like shape. Because it is embedded in a cloisonné glaze film, it is strong and robust, and can prevent cracking and damage from external pressure such as vibration.
In addition, since it uses thin iron plates, stainless steel plates, etc., it is sturdy, can be bent and processed into various shapes, and can be fired repeatedly, thereby making it possible to repeat the glazing and firing of cloisonné glazes. In addition, since the surface of the base is plated with gold, silver, copper, etc., the cloisonné glaze can be baked and fixed.Furthermore, in the present invention, various aspects,
Because it uses a metal base with a patterned base made of interlaced lines and spaces, it requires advanced techniques such as special wire processing and glazing techniques, like traditional wired cloisonné and transparent cloisonné. In addition, there is no need to laminate and process a backing plate on the back side of the metal base, and even non-skilled workers can easily carry out accurate work. It has the characteristic that extremely beautiful transparent cloisonné can be mass-produced at low cost.
