の形状と一致する断面形状を有する内外2重の筒6及び
7を作成し、それらを、第1図で示すように、底板8上
に直立させ、底板8と内筒6とで形成された空間に豆乳
と凝固剤とを入れると、しばらくすれば、豆乳がゲル状
に固まつて豆腐9となる。

で示すように、ハード形の樹脂製容器12内へ収容し、
ハード形の蓋13をシールすると、容易に崩れず、その
形状を維持することができ、食卓まで搬送が可能となる
