て成る点にある。この発明の構成をその具体的一実施態
様により図によつて以下に詳述する。まず、例えば魚の
形状とかトランプのハード形(図示の実施例)とか所望
の形状と一致する断面形状を有する内外2重の筒6及び
7を作成し、それらを、第1図で示すように、底板8上
に直立させ、底板8と内筒6とで形成された空間に豆乳
と凝固剤とを入れると、しばらくすれば、豆乳がゲル状

で示すように、ハード形の樹脂製容器12内へ収容し、
ハード形の蓋13をシールすると、容易に崩れず、その
形状を維持することができ、食卓まで搬送が可能となる

、スペード形、クローバ形、菱形、魚形、自動車形、花
形、星形、顔形、円形、多角形など多種多様なものが考
