装置において、前記の所定数の積重ね完了から支持昇降
軸の上昇まではダイの下面に仮支持板を進出させてパン
チ無体止作動によつて打抜かれる数個の打抜製品を積重
ね状に受取つて、その数が一定になると共に支持昇降軸
を急速下降し、その途中で打抜製品だけを支承板上に残
してプッシャーの往復作動により押出し、そのあとで支
持昇降軸を急速上昇し、該支持昇降軸の前記急速上・昇
と共に仮支持板を退避させて数個の打抜製品を該支持軸
上に移行させ、その数個の打抜製品を含めた所定数まで
の積重ねを再開させるようにした樹脂シート打抜成形品
の処理装置に係り、その目的とするところは、極く高能
率に加工される樹脂フ打抜成形品を一定数宛の積重ねブ
ロックにして取出して包装等の後処理を簡易にすると共
に、パンチによる打抜き動作を休止させることなく所定
数の打抜成形品を積重ねて積重ねブロックを自動的に形
成し、かつ自動的に取出せるようにした処理5装置を提
供するにある。
