従つて複列軸受の両方の軌道面に均一に潤滑グリースを
供給できるように封入するには潤滑グリースの所定封入
量の112を一方の側面方向から封入し、残りの112
の封入量を他方の側面方向から封入するようすればよい
が、1個 のグリース封入治具を用いて潤滑グリースの
所定封入量の112づつ片側面方向から2回に分けて封
入する場合には作業能率が悪くなる欠点があり、また両
側面方向から同時に封入する場合にはグリース封入治具
およびその装置が複雑になつて作業性が悪く、装置が高
価になるなどの欠点があつた。 この発明は上述の欠点
を解決するためのもので、1個の複列外輪と2個の内輪
を有する内輪分・離形複列軸受において、内輪の隣接し
た対向正面のすきまを通じて複列外輪内面と内輪外面と
の間に形成されたグリースポケット部に内輪の内面側か
らグリース封入治具により一定量の潤滑グリースを封入
することによつて、作業性および作業能率がよく、潤滑
グリースの封入状態が良好で軸受の潤滑性能を向上させ
ることが可能な内輪分離形複列軸受の潤滑グリース封入

面8,9間に・生じた微小すきまを通じて環状みぞ26
に到達した潤滑グリースはグリースポケット部13に供
給され、予め設定された一定量の潤滑グリースが内輪分
離形複列軸受1の内部に封入される。以上のようにこの
発明の内輪分離形複列軸受の潤滑グリース封入方法は1
個の複列外輪と2個の内輪を有する内輪分離形複列軸受
において、内輪の隣接した対向正面のすきまを通じて複
列外輪内面と内輪外面との間に形式されたグリースポケ
ット部に内輪の内面側からグリース封入治具によソー定
量の潤滑グリースを封入することによつて、構造が簡単
なグリース封入治具を用いて1回で潤滑グリースの封入
ができるので作業能率もよく、軸受の側面に潤滑グリー
スが付着することがないのて作業性もよく、また潤滑グ
リースの封入状態がグリースポケット部内で偏在するこ
とがないので軸受の潤滑性能を向上させるなどの効果が
