削整形するようにしたものは知られるが、この場合該回
転刃は該受座を一体に有するものとして該挿入部に径方
向に不動に設けられるを一般としたもので、これによれ
は該電極を溶接時と同様の高い加圧力て該挿入部に挿入
した場合、第1図に示す如く発生する電極aの先端面周
囲のまくれ部をに該回転刃の刃部が深く食い込んて該回
転刃の起動不良を生する。

該各回転刃を該受座に向けて夫々弾機により付勢したこ
とを特徴とする。

ピニオン8と更にワンウェイクラッチ9とを介して間歇
的に回転駆動される駆動歯車10に咬合される従動歯車
