When containers with a certain cylindrical portion are transported to a predetermined location, accumulated along the way, and a label is automatically pasted at a desired position on the outer periphery using a pasting machine, for some containers, the position at which the container is delivered to the pasting machine and the Labels can be affixed immediately, but labels may not be affixed to other containers unless the worker corrects the orientation. When there are a large number of images, it is not only complicated to correct them one by one in the proper direction, but also the correction work itself has drawbacks such as difficulty in achieving proper adjustment.

In the apparatus for aligning containers with handles that can uniformly align containers with handles formed under the conditions of At the top, a conversion guide whose inner surface is closer to the conveyor than the inner surface of the guide body is set at a position where the handle comes into contact with it, and these conversion guides are set at front and rear positions that do not correspond to each other, and the front A conversion guide is installed in parallel on the conveyor up to just before the applicator, which is set near the front end of the conveyor, and a timing screw is placed in front of the rear end of the timing screw, which is installed in parallel with the forward conversion guide slightly behind the applicator. This is characterized by the front end of the guide on the conversion guide side being exposed. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, a label (not shown)
Regarding the container N to which the label is to be affixed, the upper part has a substantially truncated conical shape, and as shown in Figs. The diameter of the handle 2 gradually decreases as it goes upwards, and the handle 2 is formed integrally with a space a on one side (the left side in FIGS. 1 and 2). As for the parts, as shown in FIG. 2, the relationship R1>R exists.

It is distance. The tangent line ■-Bl, b2-B2 is the terminal point t1 or T2 of the circular arc portion with the distance R1.
This is a line segment extending from the handle 2 toward the outer periphery of the handle 2. Next, to explain the conveyance part of the container N mentioned above, a belt with a rectangular cross section (round bar or The guides 4 and 5 (which may have a tubular shape) are set to a predetermined length while traveling. The upper part of one (here 4) contacts the arcuate part J that includes the handle 2, but
A conversion guide 6 is provided at a desired interval d so as not to contact the tangent lines b1-Bl and -B2, and the inner surface 1
is located a distance C inward from the inner surface k of the derivative 4. Ru. Also, the front end of the conversion guide 6 (Figs. 3 and 4)
In the figure, the left side is the front and the right side is the rear. ), and on the opposite side of the conversion guide 6, that is, at a position not facing the conversion guide 6, a conversion guide 7 is provided on the guide body 5 in the same condition as the conversion guide 6, The conveyor 3 moves the guide 7 up to just before the pasting machine 9, which will be described later.
At the same time, a timing screw 8 is installed above the upper running path surface of the conveyor 3 and along the longitudinal direction of the guide 5, and a label is attached to the container N further outward from the front end of the timing screw 8. A pasting machine 9 is provided, and the guide 4 is connected to a timing screw 8.
Although it ends before the rear end, the guide 5 is connected to the conversion guide 7.
It is set a little further forward. In the figure, 10 is a support roller of the conveyor, and E, f, g, h are the pillars of the guides 4, 5 and the conversion guides 6, 7, respectively. Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the containers such as Nl, N2, etc. placed in random directions are now conveyed forward by the ζ conveyor 3, and the containers N1, for example, reach the conversion guide 6. Then, the inner surface 1 of the conversion guide 6 is aligned with the inner surface k of the inductor 4.
Since the handle 2 is on the inside of the conveyor 3, the handle 2 is forcibly pressed toward the induction body 5, and the container N1 is tilted toward the induction body 5 as shown by the dashed line in FIG. As the container N1 is rotated counterclockwise as the conveyor 3 moves forward, the container N1 is conveyed forward while continuing to rotate. , is gradually turned counterclockwise using the lower end of the induction body 5 as a fulcrum, and when the rear conversion guide 6 reaches the outside of the tangent line Kg-Kg, the conversion guide 6
The pressure on the container N1 is removed, the container N1 stands upright and the rotational movement stops, and the container N1 is moved as it is in order to be held and slid into contact with the conversion guide 6 and the induction body 4.5, and the container N1 is moved in the state shown in FIG.
Takes the state of lO.

特徴を有するものである。When the container N2 reaches the conversion guide 6, the outer periphery of the container N2 is forcibly pressed toward the induction body 5 and rotated counterclockwise as in the case of the container N1, and the conveyor 3 is As a result, the container N2 itself continues to rotate counterclockwise and faces forward, and from then on, the container N2 continues to rotate counterclockwise and faces forward.
The same action as in case 1 results in the state of N2O shown in FIG. 3. In this way, the containers Nl and N2 are placed in a state in which the handles are in contact with the conversion guides 6, respectively, as shown in FIG. In this state, the conveyor 3 further moves forward, and the container N1 under the NlO state moves to the forward conversion guide 7.
When it is transferred to the side of the conveyor 4, it is tilted to the side of the guide body 4, and one bottom part touches the conveyor 3, and the other part floats to the surface.
As the conveyor 3 runs, the container N1 is continuously rotated clockwise, and the conversion guide 7 is tangential? - When the container N1 reaches the outside of
It stands upright, stops rotating, is held between the guides 4 and 5, and is guided by the conversion guide 7 to reach the position Nll. Concerning the container N2 under the N2O condition, the conversion behavior of the container N2 is similar to that in the case of the container N1 (at this time, the conversion guide 7 moves to the outside of the tangent line ■-■ and stops pressing the container N2). reach the position. Therefore, the containers conveyed randomly from behind by this conversion guide 7 are in a uniform state, that is, the handles 2 are in contact with the conversion kite 7, and all of the containers are in the same direction. While maintaining this state, Fig.
As shown in FIG. 4, after the handle 2 is guided by the forward conversion guide 7 and transferred to the side of the timing screw 8, an indicia such as a label can be affixed to a predetermined position on the container by the affixing machine 9. According to this invention, the conversion guides are set inside the respective guides provided along both sides of the conveyor, and the distance from the central axis of the container to the outer periphery of the circular arc portion at the handle portion is set at the outer periphery. The vertical distance from the terminal point to the tangent line drawn to the outer periphery of the handle is greater than the vertical distance, and since these conversion guides are set at positions where the handle touches, the conveyor can prevent the direction from being changed under disorderly conditions. The tilted container with a handle is tilted and diverted in a predetermined direction using a diversion kit, and then transported by a conveyor. The tilted container is held by a guide, and when the diversion guide reaches the outside of the tangential line, the container is transferred to the conveyor again. At the top, the containers are returned to a vertical state, and the containers that have been disorderly below are turned into the same prescribed direction using conversion guides set at positions that do not correspond to each other at the front and rear, and the front conversion guide is connected to the conveyor. Since the containers are placed in parallel on the conveyor just before the applicator, which is set near the front end of the container, it is possible to prevent the containers transferred to the timing screw side from turning over unexpectedly. Indicators such as labels can be affixed at specified positions on the outer periphery of the container, and the front end of the induction body on the rear conversion guide side is facing in front of the rear end of the timing screw. When a container that has been turned in a specified direction is transferred to a timing screw, it is possible to prevent the risk of the container being turned again and tripped from the specified direction, and the direction of the container being transferred from the rear to the front is changed. Because they can all be turned in a specified direction in an orderly and automatic manner, and because the handles are aligned in a certain direction, it is convenient for the handler to bundle and organize the items to the collection point. Since the containers with handles can be aligned using an extremely simple mechanism and there is no risk of unnecessarily complicating the overall structure, the system has features such as being robust and inexpensive to construct.
