本発明はダンプカーなどに装備される荷台の傾倒装置に

従来、ダンプカー等に装備される荷台の傾倒装置に使用
されるリフトアームプレートには次のようなものがある
。つまり、厚い板材を使用し、所定個所を溶接により接
合し側面が略Ξ角形状のプレート本体とし、このプレー
ト本体の所定部分に軸受ボス部を固着したもの、あるい
は本出願人の出願にかかる特願昭54−12545号に
開示したように薄い板材をプレス成形した一対のプレー
ト本体を突合せにして溶接し、立体的構造とし、所定部
分に軸受を取付けたものなどがあるが前者のものの場合
には強度をもたせるための均一肉厚の厚い板材の使用で
あるので強度不要部までも厚肉化され重量化をまぬがれ
得ず、一方、後者の場合には高価な専用のプレス金型を
必要とし、また、一対のプレート本体の突合せにより製
作される都合上、プレート本体の折曲げ精度はかなり高

工と折曲加工のみ)を施して長辺を断面コ字型形状に、
該長辺に対向する辺を断面L字型形状にそれぞれ折曲し
て立体的構造とすることによりプレート本体が形成され
るのて製作工程的にみてきわめて簡単に製作できるはか
りでなく、構成材として薄い板材を組合わせて使用した
ので軽量化が計れ、かつ所定の立体的構造を採用し、要
強度部のみを補強したので軽量のわりにはきわめて大き
い強度を保有している。また、プレート本体の形成はプ
レート本体の立体的構造が簡単なブレス加工により行え
