A jib crane 8 is movably disposed in directions C and D that are orthogonal to the traveling direction (directions of arrows A and B).

This earth and sand is put into a hopper 9a of a sand transporter 9, and transported to a predetermined location by the transporter 9.
In such a conventional sand lifting device, the jib crane 8 is indicated by arrow A,
The sediment on the entire bottom of the settling basin 1 cannot be removed unless it is moved not only in the B direction but also in the arrow C and D directions, and the structure is complicated and economically expensive, and the height of the work chamber 5 is It is necessary to increase the height.

If a large amount of sand flows into the settling basin 1 at once due to a flood or the like, the conveyor may become buried and become inoperable.

A monorail packet sand lifter 12 is suspended from each guide rail 11. Furthermore, a pair of floor guide rails 13 are fixed on the floor of the work room 5, narrowing each sand settling basin 1, respectively, and a movable chute 14 is mounted on each pair of guide rails 13 so as to be movable in the directions of arrows A and B. It is arranged. A chute 1 is located below the discharge port 14a of the chute 14.
A sediment receiving trough 15 is fixed along the movement direction of the trough 4 (direction of arrows A and B), and a sand receiving trough 15 is fixed along the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the trough 15 on the floor of the working room 5 below the discharge port of the trough 15. A conveyor 16 for transporting sand is provided. Also,
The lower part of the side surface of the sand settling basin 1 is a tapered surface 1b with a concave downward direction toward the bottom surface portion 1a of the sand settling basin directly below the guide rail 11.
It is formed in The width α of the bottom portion 1a of the sand settling basin is set to be slightly larger than the width β of the packet 17 in the open state, and the inclination angle θ of the tapered surface 1b is set to be larger than the angle of repose. In addition, 18 is a gate, 19 is a sand settling machine, and 20 is a skip hoist. In the above configuration, when removing the sediment accumulated in the sand settling basin 1, the sand pump 12 is first moved, for example, in the direction of arrow A, and the moving chute 1 is moved in front of the sand pump 12 as shown in FIG.
Leave 4 in position.

Next, the packet 17 is lifted and the sand lifter 12 is moved a little in one direction of arrow A to bring the packet 17 above the chute 14. Next, when the packet 17 is opened, the sediment in the packet 17 falls into the chute 14, is discharged from the chute 14 onto the trough 15, and is further discharged from the trough 15 onto the conveyor! The liquid is discharged onto the layer 16 and transported to a predetermined location. After opening the packet 17 as described above, the chute 14 is moved a little in the direction of the arrow A to open the bottom of the packet 17, and the sand is lifted again in the same manner as described above. By the way, when the dirt on the bottom part 1a is removed using the packet 17,
Since the earth and sand on the tapered surface 1b slides down and is brought onto the bottom surface portion 1a, the packet 17 only needs to be moved in the directions of arrows A and B.

One zigzag ceiling guide rail may be formed, one monorail packet sand lifter 12 may be suspended from the guide rail, and the sand lifter 12 may be moved in a zigzag pattern.

れによつて揚砂装置が故障することはない。Furthermore, the height of the chamber in which these mechanical parts are housed can be made smaller than in the conventional example mentioned at the beginning. Furthermore, the lower part of the side surface of the settling basin is formed into a tapered surface that tapers downward toward the bottom of the settling basin directly below the guide rail, and the width of the bottom of the settling basin is made slightly larger than the dimension of the packet in its open state. Therefore, when the sediment on the bottom surface of the settling basin is removed by the packet, the sediment on the tapered surface slides down and is brought onto the bottom surface of the settling basin. Therefore, all the sediment in the settling basin can be removed by simply moving the packet along the bottom of the settling basin and removing the sediment.
Unlike the conventional jib crane mentioned at the beginning, there is no need to move it back and forth and left and right. Furthermore, since the mechanical part is located above the sand settling basin, even if a large amount of earth and sand enters the sand settling basin at once, this will not cause the sand lifting device to malfunction.
