Therefore, it is economically expensive, and it is necessary to increase the height of the work chamber 5.

If the conveyor is underwater and a large amount of earth and sand flows into the settling basin 1 at once due to a flood, etc., the conveyor may become buried and become inoperable.

This embodiment relates to a sand pumping device in a sewage treatment facility, and a guide rail 11 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of each settling basin 1 on the ceiling of a settling basin working room 5 above each settling basin 1. A monorail bucket sand lifter 12 is suspended from a guide rail 11. In addition, the lower part of the side wall 21 of the sand settling tank 1 is connected to the bottom part 1 of the sand settling tank directly below the guide rail 11.
It is formed on a tapered surface 1b that tapers downward toward a. The width α of the sand bottom portion 1a is set to be slightly larger than the width β of the bucket 13 in the open state, and the inclination angle θ of the tapered surface 1b is set to be larger than the angle of repose. Note that 14 is the gate, 1
5 is a sand settling machine, and 16 is a skip hoist. Further, a top plate 22 is formed in the upper part of the sand settling basin 1 and continues to the side wall 21, and an opening 23 having a width slightly larger than the width β of the bucket 13 in an open state is formed in the top plate 22.

The bucket 13 is lowered from the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 4 as shown by the imaginary line in the same figure, and
to grab the earth and sand on the bottom part 1a, and then lift the bucket 13 and move the sand lifter 12 in the direction of arrow A to remove it from the hopper 9a of the sand transporter 9.
What is necessary is to bring it upward and open the bucket 13.

As a result, a sufficiently wide working passage can be secured on the top surface of the top plate 22, and when it is necessary to close the opening 23, the lid member can be made small.

て揚砂装置が故障することはない。 As described above, according to the sand lifting device of the present invention,
The mechanical part consists of only a guide rail and a bucket sand lifter, and the configuration is very simple. It can be made smaller. In addition, the lower part of the side surface of the settling basin is formed into a tapered surface that tapers down toward the bottom of the settling basin directly below the guide rail, and the width of the bottom part is made slightly larger than the width of the bucket when it is open. ,
When the earth and sand on the bottom surface of the settling basin is removed by the bucket, the earth and sand on the tapered surface slides down and is brought onto the bottom surface of the settling basin. Therefore, all the sediment in the sediment basin can be removed simply by moving the bucket along the bottom of the settling basin and removing the sediment, and there is no need to move it back and forth and left and right like the conventional jig crane mentioned at the beginning. There isn't. In addition, a top plate was formed on the top of the settling basin, and an opening with a width slightly larger than the width of the frontage of the bucket was formed in this top plate, so the top plate other than this opening could be made wider. Not only can a sufficiently wide working path be secured on the upper surface of the top plate, but also the lid member can be made smaller when it is necessary to close the opening. Also, the mechanical part is located above the settling basin, so
Even if earth and sand enters the sand settling basin all at once, the sand lifting device will not malfunction.
