In addition to a left and right displacement detector that detects irregularities in the longitudinal direction of the rail and a level that detects the difference in height between the left and right rails (hereinafter referred to simply as the measuring device), there is also a device that lifts the rail. It is equipped with a lifting device and a tamping device, and adjusts the trajectory by controlling the lifting device and the tamping device based on the measurement results of the displacement detector and level gauge. Various leveling devices for this type of track straightening machine have been proposed in the past, and a typical one is one in which reference parts are provided at the front and rear of the track straightening machine, and a reference line is formed between these reference parts. First, after adjusting the height of the reference side rail using a detection unit provided between the front reference part and the rear reference part and having a reference line sensing means and a level, the height of the reference side rail is adjusted. On the other hand, a device for leveling the rail on the opposite reference side is known.

有することを特徴としている。This type of device has the disadvantage that work efficiency is reduced because it is not possible to perform height adjustment and level adjustment at the same time. The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional leveling device for a track straightening machine. and a reference line formed between the front reference part and the rear reference part, and a displacement position of the distance between the top surface of the left and right rails arranged between the front reference part and the rear reference part and the left and right reference lines. Left and right displacement detectors for measuring, a front level provided on the front reference section, a rear level provided on the rear reference section, a cant setting device for setting a predetermined cant, and a displacement detection device. The setting device of the displacement detector that sets the raising/lowering amount of the left and right rails attached to the device, and the rail on the reference side, generate the rail raising/lowering signal based on the actual measurement value and setting value of the displacement detector.
In addition, the rail on the anti-reference side calculates the cant correction signal obtained by calculating the output signals from the front level, rear level, and cant setting device, and the setting values of the left and right rail raising/lowering amount setting devices. The present invention is characterized in that it has a control section that compares and calculates this calculated signal with the actual measurement value of the displacement detector and outputs a rail raising/lowering signal.

In addition, the front reference section 1 and the rear reference section 2 are provided with a front reference section 1 and a rear reference section 2 for measuring the inclination of the left and right rails. A part level 10 and a rear level 11 are provided. Further, the heights of the front reference part and the rear reference part are the same from the rail top surface. In the present invention, a control unit as shown in FIG. 2 performs processing based on the outputs of each of the above-mentioned detectors, etc. It is configured to obtain the signal for raising and lowering the signal. First, in FIG. 2, the output signal of the left displacement detector 9 is connected to the terminal L, the output signal of the right displacement detector 8 is connected to the terminal R, the output signal of the front level 10 is connected to the terminal F, and the output signal of the rear level 11 is connected to the terminal L. Output signals are input (input) to terminals B, respectively. The front stage amplifier A immediately after each terminal is provided to adjust the input signal to an appropriate level. The output difference, that is, the torsional displacement signal of the track, is calculated, and the operational amplifier 21 calculates a signal representing the difference between the cant amount set in advance by a cant setting device, for example, a potentiometer C, and the output of the rear level gauge 11. Next, the operational amplifier 22 inputs the trajectory torsional displacement signal from the operational amplifier 20 and the signal from the operational amplifier 21 to calculate a cant correction signal.

On the other hand, on the reference side, the preset right rail raising/lowering amount and the output of the right displacement detector are directly compared and calculated by the operational amplifier 25, and similarly to the left side, the right rail is raised/lowered by the relay drive circuit 27b. Lowering is ordered. In this embodiment, the reference side rail is the right rail, and the switch 26 is connected to the setting device UL of the displacement detector of the left rail.

The height adjustment of the side rail, and the raising/lowering amount of the rail on the anti-reference side is determined by the set cant amount of the track, the difference in the output of the level on the rear reference part, and the difference in the output of the level on the front and rear reference parts. Since the cant correction signal obtained by comparing the torsion amount is compared and calculated with the actual measurement value of the displacement detector, the height adjustment and level adjustment of the trajectory can be performed simultaneously.
