Conventionally, various structures have been devised and used for wave-dissipating souls, and various methods for manufacturing or constructing them have also been devised and implemented. This relates to a method for easily manufacturing (or constructing on-site) a wave-dissipating block with a structure that should effectively reduce the amount of water. At the same time, formwork for uneven columns as described below is stacked in multiple stages on the other side opposite to one side on which the wall is vertically installed, and concrete is poured into the formwork for uneven columns to form uneven columns. , is a method in which a rectangular top plate is provided on which both upper end surfaces of the wall and the uneven column are to be corrugated, and the formwork for the uneven column is made up of two constituent pieces A and two constituent pieces that have the same shape and the same size. Two component pieces B, which are different in shape and size from A but have the same shape and size, are assembled so that each component A faces each other and each component B faces each other and approaches from all sides to form a hollow part. This is a method of manufacturing a wave-dissipating soul, which is to be formed, and is characterized in that component A has a truncated square pyramid shape and component B also has a truncated square pyramid shape.

以下全図面を参酌しながら本願方法を詳述する。The method of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to all the drawings.

That is, the bottom plate 1 as shown in A in Fig. 1 is first laid down. This bottom plate 1 is prepared in advance in a factory or on the water at a waterside, and then it is brought into the water and directly installed in the water. There are strategies for laying the ground, and these should be used as appropriate.
Concrete 2 serving as a wall and concrete 4 serving as an uneven column are provided on one side 1-a and the other side 11b of the bottom plate 1, respectively.
to be poured. At this time, the concrete 2 that will become the wall is cast using the usual method, but the main feature of the present application lies in the formwork 3 for the uneven column used to cast the concrete 4 that will become the uneven column, and the way the forms are combined. It is. That is, this formwork 3 for an uneven column consists of constituent pieces A, A and constituent pieces B, B, which are assembled into a mold as shown in FIG. Although FIG. 2 shows the hollow part 6 having a rectangular shape, various shapes are possible other than this rectangular shape, and as a result of experimenting with various shapes, it was found that a hexagonal column was preferable. I would like to add this. After forming the formwork 3 as shown in FIG. 1B using the formwork 3 described above, a husband board 5 is placed on the upper end 2a of the concrete 2 that will become the wall and the upper end surface 4a of the concrete 4 that will become the uneven column. Make several layers.

The above is the method for producing this wave-dissipating block, but wave-dissipating blocks produced in this way are usually used in large numbers in parallel.
In some cases, multiple units may be installed in parallel and manufactured in the same way.

According to the present invention, it can be manufactured very easily,
Moreover, the wave-dissipating mass produced by this method effectively reduces the energy of the waves hitting the surface.
