の材質と液体との性質の相関性を完全に把握してクおか
ないと種々の問題が起こる場合があつた。従来法には以
上の様な欠点が有り、その転写作業をスムーズに行なう
事が容易ではなかつた。本発明は以上のような従来法の
欠点を、液体又は気体を入れた槽内の液体面又は気体面
にゴム膜等の伸縮自在な薄膜を張つて転写シートの変質
を防ぎ、また、槽にポンプ等の加圧装置を設けてその加
圧装置で圧力をかける事によつて圧力不足による転写不
良を解決しようとするものである。以下本発明を図面に
従つて詳細に説明する。ます第1図に示すように加圧装
置7を有する槽4の上部に伸縮自在なる薄膜3を張設し
、槽の内部に液体又は気体5を満たす。次に柔軟性を有
するシートに塗料や印刷インキ等を用いて任意のパター
ンを施して転写シート2とし、伸縮自在なる薄膜の上に
載置する。この転写シートの構成は、柔軟性を有するシ
ートか塗料や印刷インキ等の内少なくとも一方が剥離性
を有する場合にはシートとパターンだけで良好な転写を
行なうことができるが、剥離性を有していないシート又
は塗料や印刷インキ等を使用する場合はもちろん剥離性
を有するものの場合でも、シートとパターンとの間に剥
離ニス層を設けるとより完全な転写を行なうことができ
る。

る。又、転写シートや被転写体を予め加熱しておくこと
もでき、転写シートだけを加熱しておく場合、被転写体
だけを加熱しておく場合、及び転写シートを被転写体の
両方を加熱しておく場合とがある。その結果、例えば、
熱可塑性のシートlを用いた転写シートの場合は加熱に
よつてシートが軟化し、被転写体の微細な凹凸表面にも
よく密着する。次に本発明の各構成要素を説明する。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 液体あるいは気体を入れた槽の上部に伸縮自在なる
薄膜を張つた装置の上に、柔軟性を有するシートに塗料
や印刷インキ等を用いてパターンを施した転写シートを
その印刷面を上にして前記薄膜の上に載置し、しかる後
前記転写シートに被転写体を押圧して構内に押し込むと
同時に、槽に設けられたポンプ等の加圧装置によつて槽
内の液体あるいは気体に所定の圧力を加えることによつ
て被転写体の転写部分全域に均一に圧力を加えて前記パ
ターンを被転写体表面に転写し、その後で前記柔軟性を
有するシートを被転写体表面より除去する事を特徴とす
る転写印刷方法。 2 槽内の液体あるいは気体を予め加熱しておくかある
いは予め加熱しておいた液体あるいは気体と混合又は置
換することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の転
写印刷方法。 3 槽内の液体あるいは気体を加熱しながら、被転写体
を構内に押し込むと同時に加圧装置によつて圧力を加え
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の転写印
刷方法。 4 転写シートを予め加熱しておくことを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項記載の転写印刷
方法。 5 被転写体を予め加熱しておくことを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項記載の転写印刷方
法。 6 転写シート及び被転写体を予め加熱しておくことを
特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項記
載の転写印刷方法。
