BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in order to add characteristics such as silk's luster and texture to other threads, silk threads and other threads have been mixed together. As is well known, this twisted yarn is a process in which silk yarn and other yarns are manufactured separately, and then they are combined and fired. Each part is tied together and twisted together, and when viewed from the side, the silk thread part and the other thread part appear to be lined up alternately in the length direction. Therefore, the external properties such as luster and texture are different from both. This shows the properties of the thread. The present inventor has developed a process for reeling a composite yarn from a cocoon ball, in which the silk wraps around other yarns, so that the external properties such as luster and texture almost exhibit the properties of silk. After conducting intensive research on the method of direct production, and thinking that the method for producing composite yarn wound with thermoplastic filament yarn as described in Hakama Kosho No. 45-28018 could be applied, this book was developed. This invention has been achieved. The present invention provides a method for passing the cocoon yarn reeled from a reeled Fujidama yarn through the false twisting means in line with the core yarn at a speed faster than the traveling speed of the core yarn which is given a false twist turn by the false twisting means. Characteristic cocoon thread V

According to the method of the present invention, since the cocoon thread is wet and the sericin has an excellent effect on winding the cocoon thread around the core thread and stabilizing the wound state, the cocoon thread can be wrapped around the core thread very easily. The cocoon yarn is passed through a false twisting means together with the core yarn, and a stable entwined yarn can be obtained without using a false twisting set heater.The core yarn can be made of not only thermoplastic fibers but also natural fibers can also be used. In addition, the state in which the cocoon threads are entangled can vary from entangled threads in which the core thread is exposed on the surface to entangled threads in which the core thread is almost completely covered by the cocoon threads, or in which the cocoon threads are long. It is possible to obtain various types of cocoon threads, such as those that are entwined almost uniformly in the lengthwise direction, and those that are intertwined in a sparsely dense manner. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on illustrated examples.

FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing an example of an apparatus for implementing the method of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing an example of the structure of a thread obtained by the method of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the core yarn 1 is pulled out from the core yarn bobbin through the core yarn guide 2 by the core yarn feed roller 3, given a false twisting turn by the false twisting means 4, and taken up by the delivery roller 5.
It is wound onto a winding bobbin 7 by a friction roller 6. The cocoon yarn 8 is reeled from the cocoon balls 10 in the reeling rack 9 through the cocoon yarn guide 11 by the cocoon yarn feed roller 12.
It is attached to the core yarn 1 which is rotating for false twisting between the core yarn feed roller 3 and the false twisting means 4. Reference numeral 13 denotes a cocoon yarn supply position regulating pin provided as necessary.

Since the reeling speed of the cocoon yarn feed roller 12, that is, the supply speed of the cocoon yarn 8, is faster than the take-up speed of the core yarn 1 by the delivery roller 5, the supplied cocoon yarn 8 is wound around the core yarn 1 and is falsely twisted together with the core yarn 1. It passes through the means 4, is taken up by a delivery roller 5, and is wound onto a winding bobbin 7 by a friction roller 6. It is preferable that the position where the cocoon yarn 8 is fed to the core yarn 1 by the cocoon yarn feed roller 12 be as close to the false twisting means 4 as possible to ensure winding. In addition, 14 is a heater for drying. The thread wound on the winding bobbin 7 in the above manner is the core thread 1.
It is a composite thread in which the cocoon threads 8 are entangled in a manner similar to being wrapped around it, and the entwined state is very stable due to the sericin of the cocoon threads 8. In this state, it can be used as it is for the warp of textiles, silk threads, and knitting threads on knitting machines.

As shown in the illustrated example, when a plurality of cocoon yarns 8 are fed to different positions of the core yarn 1 which is rotating for false twisting by a plurality of cocoon yarn feed rollers 12, a single cocoon yarn feed roller 1
2, it is much easier to obtain an entangled yarn in which the cocoon yarn 8 uniformly and completely covers the core yarn 1 than by supplying one or more cocoon yarns 8.

That is, when a plurality of cocoon yarn feed rollers 12 are used, even if the number of cocoon yarns 8 is less than the textbook and the feeding speed is slower than twice the advancing speed of the core yarn 1, the core yarn 1 can be uniformly and completely covered. However, a single cocoon feed roller 12
When using cocoon threads 8, unless the number of cocoon threads 8 is increased and the feeding speed is at least twice the advancing speed of the core thread 1, an entangled thread that completely covers the core thread 1 cannot be obtained. . And cocoon thread 8
As the feeding speed increases, the portion where the cocoon threads 8 are tightly wound in a slab shape becomes noticeable. However, the present invention is not limited to the case where the number of cocoon yarn feed rollers 12 is plural;
A single cocoon yarn feed roller 12 may be used. If a cocoon yarn supply position regulating pin 13 is provided and it is made to traverse in the running direction of the core yarn 1, the cocoon yarn 8
The distribution of densely wound parts and loosely wound parts can be controlled to some extent. In the present invention, the core yarn may be a filament yarn or a spun yarn, and may be made of thermoplastic fibers, natural fibers, or recycled fibers. When cocoon yarn reeled from a reeled yarn is used as the core yarn, the tangled structure of the cocoon yarn wound around the core yarn becomes more stable, and it is possible to obtain a cocoon yarn that exhibits the properties of high-grade pongee yarn. Further, the false twisting means is not limited to a false twisting spindle, but may also be a friction disk or a friction cylinder. When a spun single yarn is used as the core yarn, it is preferable to pre-twist the spun yarn in the direction in which it is twisted to avoid yarn breakage. The attached cocoon thread passes through with almost no trouble, but a friction type is preferable from the viewpoint of safety in passing the attached cocoon thread. If the core thread is prone to breakage, the breakage can be easily prevented by attaching a monofilament of about 10 to 207 niels, such as nylon or polyester, to the core thread. Of course, the feed roller, delivery roller, etc. are not limited to a pair of pressure rollers, but may be of a godet type, and guides and the like may also be omitted. The composite yarn obtained by the method of the present invention, in which the wool spun single yarn is used as the core yarn and the cocoon yarn is entwined so as to almost cover the core yarn, can be produced by scouring after weaving and rope-making. Show your sense of touch,
Moreover, it provides extremely excellent woven and knitted fabrics that have the fullness and anti-sacrifice properties of woolen twill yarn.

Figure 2 shows the tangled structure of a tangled yarn in which cocoon yarn is tangled around a single spun yarn. However, the part where the cocoon thread is wound relatively sparsely indicates the S-twist direction, and the short, dense part appears to indicate the Z-twist direction.
