本発明は斯かる問題に対処すべく為されたもの
であり、以下本発明を実施例を示す図面に基づい
て説明する。先ず第2図〜第5図に示す第1実施
例について説明する。図において11は本体で、
この本体11の上端は上板12によつて覆われて
いる。13は本体11の前側部において本体11
の上端部14と、前記上板12の前端部15と、
操作スイツチ16及び表示電装品23を有してこ
の前端部15に支持される操作板17とによつて
形成される操作部で、前記上板12及び操作板1
7は合成樹脂にて作られている。18は前記本体
11内に設けられた洗濯槽で、この下端にはモー
タ19によつて回転するパルセータ20が設けら
れている。21は前記上板12の衣類投入用開口
部12aを開閉する蓋である。22は前記上板1
2の後端部内側に設けられたコントローラーで、
このコントローラー22と前記操作スイツチ16
及び表示電装品23とは上板12の一側部内面に
沿つて配設されるリード線等の導電材24によつ
て接続されている。この導電材24の配設部の構
造について以下詳細に説明する。前記上板12の
前端部15に操作スイツチ16や表示電装品23
を取り付けてこれらは上板12の後端部にあるコ
ントローラー22に導電材24を介して接続さ
れ、コントローラー22にて洗濯行程、すすぎ行
程、脱水行程を行なうものである。導電材24の
配線は上板12の上面に蓋21を納める凹部25
を設け、該凹部25は蓋21の形状に略合わせて
おり、この凹部25内面と上板12の側板内面と
の間に導電材24を配設させる。26は前記上板
12の一側部内面との間に導電材24を収納する
空間27を形成するカバーで、このカバー26上
に前記導電材24が載り、又カバー26は前記凹
部25の裏面底部に一体に設けたボス28にビス
29締めされて固定されている。尚カバー26に
は前記ボス28及び上板12の一側部内面に接当
するリブ30,31が上方に突出して一体的に設
けられている。又前記カバー26によつて形成さ
れる導電材24収納空間27が上板12の衣類投
入用開口部12aの下端より上側に位置し、脱水
時のアンバランス負荷により振れ回る槽32の上
端がカバー26に当ることがないように構成され
ている。又洗濯時の洗濯水の飛び散りによる水適
の導電材24への付着もこのカバー26によつて

内に納まつていたため、リード線等の導電材の配
線はこのボツクス内で行なえば良く、外部から人
の手等が入る恐れがないために0.3mm2の芯線リー
ド線等外被の材料が絶縁体を兼ねたリード線の絶
縁体の厚さは規定(電気用品取締法)の0.8mm以
下でも使用が可能となるが、本発明のように洗濯
機の前端部に操作スイツチを設けた場合、この操
作スイツチと洗濯機の後方に位置するコントロー
ラーとの間のリード線等の導電材は0.3mm2の細い
芯線リード線では0.8mmの絶縁厚さが得られにく
い。そこで本発明は前述のようにカバー26或い
はフツク33〔フツク33の場合導電材をチユー
ブの内部に入れるか或いはフツク33を操作スイ
ツチとコントローラーとの間の長さに亘るように
構成する〕等の受け部材により導電材を保護する
のである。そこでカバーやフツクを支持するボス
は上板の前記凹部の裏面底部に設けてあるため、
ボスによつて生じるひけは蓋で隠すことができ、
又蓋を開いた場合でもボスは前記凹部のコーナー
部に沿つて位置するので表面から見た場合ひけは
