く、支持体等がつまり、着脱あるいは出没が不可
能となる欠点を有するものであつた。このような
欠点に対しては、前述の実公昭51−51558号公報
に記載されているように、柵の上端部に蓋体を形
成し、柵が地中に没入した時に上記蓋体が支持体
の開口部を塞ぐようにすることも可能であるが、
このようなものにあつても、柵が路面から突出し
た状態においては柵と支持体との隙間から砂等が
雨水に混じつて入り込む等、その対策は万全とは
言えず、地中に埋設されている支持体から砂等を
撤去する作業は非常に困難であることを考え合わ
せるとその使用範囲は極めて限られたものであつ

けられている侵入防止杆2の一端には、その周縁
に下方に向けて突出する被係止部7が形成されて
おり、該侵入防止杆2は上記被係止部7を、支持
杆1の軸受部3に形成されている切欠き状の係止
部8に係合させることにより、その使用位置と格
納位置で固定されるようになつている。この時、
回転軸6の足部9は被係止部7の突出長さより長
くなつていて侵入防止杆2をこの足部9が許容す
るだけ上方に持ち上げることにより、上記被係止
部7と係止部8との間の係止が解除されて、侵入
防止杆2が略水平方向に回転自由となるようにな
