持ち逃げされたり、柵の重量が比較的大きい場合には柵
の移動が面倒になって絡端に放り出されたままにされ柵
としての役割を果たさなくなったりするという問題があ
り、従来の車両侵入防止柵はそのいずれも満足できるも
