【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、安全で組立てサービスが容易な電子
レンジ付強制熱循環式ガスオーブンを提供するこ
とを目的とするものである。

最近電子レンジの加熱室内にヒータを組込んだ

レンジの消費電流が約10Aまたはそれ以上である
ので、電気ヒータと高周波との同時加熱は非常に
困難である。この点、電子レンジとガスオーブン
を組合せれば、高周波とガス火力との同時加熱は
容量的に全く問題なく実現される。しかしなが
ら、安全性が一番大きな問題であり、特にガス爆
発の危険性がある。一般に電子レンジのマグネト
ロンは3〜4KV、動作開始直後過渡的には10数
KVにも高圧が発生するので、湿度の高い時など
は弱い放電が発生することがある。特に最近は高
圧回路に電気接点が用いられてきているので火花
の発生する頻度は非常に高いと言える。この両者
のガス漏れと火花とが同時に起ればガス爆発とな
る。従来、電気接点等からの爆発防止法としては
金網で囲うといつた方法がとられているが、電子
レンジの電気部品全部を金網で囲うことはむずか
しい。

本発明の一実施例について添付図面とともに説
明する。第1図,第2図は焙焼箱及びガス燃焼室
の構成を示す断面図及び分解斜視図である。1は

面ドア4で開閉される焙焼箱、その奥壁5のほぼ
中央に循環流出口6、両側に循環流入孔7、上方
に排気孔8がそれぞれ形成してある。9は排気孔
8に接続した排気筒、10は焙焼箱3と別体でこ
の焙焼箱3の背部にビスを介して取り付けた熱源
ケースであり、燃焼室11,吸引室12,フアン
収納箱13を有する。上記燃焼室11は熱源ケー
ス10の下部に位置するとともに、周壁に燃焼空
気の導入口14を、頂壁に吸引室12に開口する
燃焼ガス通口15を形成したものであり、ガスバ
ーナ16が収納してある。また吸引室12はその
隔壁17によつて循環流出口6を包囲するごとく
形成してあり、収納室13に設けたフアン18の
吸引側と対向して吸引口19を穿設している。さ
らにフアン収納箱13の両側は吸引室12の両外
側までのびて循環流入孔7に連通する吐出系路を
構成している。21はフアン18を駆動するモー
タ,22は冷却フアンであり、これらフアン1
8,モータ21,ケーシングとなる収納室13な
どでフアン機構23が構成されている。なおフア
ン18はモータの軸に取り付けネジ24を介して
着脱自在に取付けられている。また、25は吸引
室12に臨ませた有底筒状の案内具で、循環流出
口6の口縁にビスを介して固定したもので26は
