Description

機構の改良に関する。ピツクアツプ系の良好な再
生特性を得るには、トーンアームの回転支持部に

から一点サポート型のピポツト式トーンアーム
で、水平垂直両方向の共振を同時に抑止するもの
があるが、二点サポート型の例えばジンバルサポ
ート式トーンアームに関しては水平方向あるいは
垂直方向の共振をそれぞれ単独に抑止するものが
あつても、両方向の共振を同時に抑止するものは
いままで提供されていなかつた。そして、水平方
向、垂直方向の共振をそれぞれ単独に抑止する構
造のものは、制動機構がそれぞれ単独に2個必要
となり、構造が複雑になると共に部品点数が増加
し、ひいてはコストアツプを引き起す欠点があ
り、更に、制動用の液体が漏れる危険が多分にあ

6が回転しないように取付けられる。該リング6
は回転軸1の挿入筒61端内部にリング状の爪部
62を形成し、調整ピリング6を回転軸1に圧入
したとき、回転軸1の上方に設けた第1の切溝1
1に飛び込み回転軸1に密接し容易に回転しない
状態となる。上記リング6は制動不必要のときに
は、上方に回転軸に沿つて引き上げられるよう合
成樹脂などで成形され、上記爪部が回転軸1の上
記切溝11の上方に設けた第2の切溝12に飛び
込み停止する。なお、リング6は挿入筒61の外
周に円形溝63が設けられ、こゝは後述する第2
の回転体のオイル溜めの内周壁を内在させるため
のスペースとなつている。また上記円形溝63の
外周壁には、後述する制動環の制動位置調整ピン
が挿通する縦方向の切溝64,64が第3図に示
すように設けられる。7は調整ダイアルで、第2
図に示すよう上記リング6に嵌挿され、その頂部
内周縁に目盛が設けられている。調整ダイアル7
にも円形溝71が設けられ、その内周突出壁72
は上記調整リング6の円形溝63の外周壁に嵌挿
され第4図に示すように傾斜切溝73,73が相
対して形成されており、該溝には後述する制動環
の調整ピン82,82が挿入係合する。上記円形
溝71は後述する制動環及びオイル溜めの外周壁
を内在させるためのスペースとなつている。8は
制動環で下部に多数の切溝81を形成し、その内
周は調整ダイアル7の内周突出壁72の外周に嵌
挿し、その内方に突出した制動位置調整ピン8
