に直接関係がないため、詳細は省略する。次に回
転軸1の上部に制動調整リング6が回転しないよ
うに取付けられる。該リング6は回転軸1の挿入
筒61端内部にリング状の爪部62を形成し、調
整リング6を回転軸1に圧入したとき、回転軸1
の上方に設けた第1の切溝11に飛び込み回転軸
1に密接し容易に回転しない状態となる。上記リ
ング6は制動不必要のときには、上方に回転軸に
沿つて引上げられるよう合成樹脂などで成形さ
れ、上記爪部が回転軸1の上記切溝11の上方に
設けた第2の切溝12に飛び込み停止する。な

円形溝63の外周壁に嵌挿され第4図に示すよう
に傾斜切溝73,73が相対して形成されてお
り、該溝には後述する製造82,82が挿入係合
する。上記円形溝71は後述する制動環及びオイ
ル溜めの外周壁を内在させるためのスペースとな
つている。8は制動環で下部に多数の切刃81を
形成し、その内周は調整ダイアル7の内周壁72
の外周に嵌挿し、その内方に突出した制動位置調
整ピン82,82が上記調整ダイアル7の傾斜切
溝73,73を挿通して、上記調整リング6の切
溝64,64に挿入されている。9は第2の回転
体であるオイル溜めで、該オイル溜めは回転軸1
及びこれに圧入した調整リング6の挿入筒61の
外周にあり、その上部は粘性抵抗を有する制動用

上記制動用液体91・制動環8・調整ダイアル7
及び制動調整リング6は、相関連して共振抑制手
