Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は高周波加熱装置、特にその受皿の位置
決体部分に関するもので、その目的とするところ
は受皿とこの受皿の位置決めと行う位置決体との
間でスパークが発生するのを防止することにあ

に受皿の位置決体を1つあるいは複数個設けると
ともに、この位置決体は上記高周波電磁波の1波
長のほぼ1/4の大きさとしたことを特徴とする高
