As is well known, in the bread-making process, there is a step in which the dough is placed in a food mold, undergoes a baking process, and then taken out from the mold, packed, and shipped. To take out the baked bread from this food mold, a mechanical device called a depanna is used to turn the food mold, which has been transported by the conveyor after the baking process, upside down and drop it onto the conveyor. I'm taking it out. However, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, in the case of a mountain-shaped bread A having a convex upper part, the food mold 3 transferred from the carry-in conveyor 1 to the depanner 2 is transferred to the depanna 2. of
When rotated 180 degrees and dropped onto the bread delivery conveyor 4, the mountain-shaped bread A
Since the direction in which the objects fall is not constant, they overlap or face in opposite directions and are not aligned in a certain direction. As a result, this causes trouble in the later packing process, so conventionally, when taking out mountain-shaped bread from the food mold 3, the depanner 2 is not used and the bread is manually taken out from the food mold 3. Since they were lined up on the delivery conveyor 4, they had the drawbacks of being inefficient and unhygienic. still,
1 and 2 show a food mold 3 on the outer circumferential side of the depanner 2.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show conventional examples in which the food mold 3 is held between the inner circumferential side of the depanner 2, and both have the above-mentioned drawbacks. .

This invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a chevron-shaped loaf of bread in a depanner that can automatically and continuously take out the chevron-shaped bread in a fixed direction by overturning the food mold with the depanner. The purpose of this method is to provide a method for arranging breads, and its characteristics are as follows. It is located at a point tilted so that the direction is downward.

In FIGS. 6 to 9 showing an embodiment of the method of this invention, an embodiment is shown in which the depanna 2 holds the food mold 3 on the inner circumference side, but the same applies even when the food mold 3 is held on the outer circumference side. , the explanation in this case will be omitted.

In FIG. 6, the food mold 3 that has undergone the baking process is conveyed to the depanner 2 by the carry-in conveyor 1.
Then, after being clamped on the inner circumferential side of the depanner 2 by a device not shown, the food mold 3 is inverted by the 180° rotation of the depanner 2, so that the mountain-shaped bread A in the food mold 3 becomes mountain-shaped. The portion falls downward onto the placement surface 5 of the bread delivery conveyor 4. However, the loading surface 5 is covered with rollers 6 around which the bread delivery conveyor 4 is wound.
Among the rollers 7, 8, 9, and 10, the conveyor 4 is located between the rollers 6 and 7, which have a height difference with respect to the traveling direction of the conveyor 4, so that it is inclined downward in the traveling direction. As a result, when the mountain-shaped bread A falls onto the placement surface 5, the mountain-shaped bread A receives a downward rotational moment in the traveling direction of the bread delivery conveyor 4 with respect to the center of the mountain-shaped portion. The mold part is turned upward in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the mounting surface 5, and the lower part is turned downward in the direction of movement of the mounting surface 5, and the mold parts are turned over and arranged sideways. When conveyed to the front end of the mounting surface 5 as the conveyor 4 advances, it is transferred onto the delivery surface 11 located between the rollers 8 and 9.

However, due to the positional relationship between the roller 7 at the front end of the placement surface 5 and the rear end roller 8 of the delivery surface 11 and the winding condition of the conveyor belt, a head difference is formed between the placement surface 5 and the delivery surface 11. Then, the chevron-shaped bread A falls from its lower part onto the delivery surface 11, is aligned with the chevron-shaped part facing upward, and is conveyed in sequence, and is then bridged to the cooling conveyor 12 and conveyed to the next packing process. be done. Reference numeral 13 denotes a conveyor for carrying out the empty food molds 3.

Next, when taking out the rectangular bread B from the depanner 2, arranging it, and conveying it, as shown in FIG. The rollers 8 and 9 at the ends are moved upward, respectively, to the loading surface 5 and the delivery surface 1.
The cooling conveyor 12 is fixed horizontally with a head formed therein, and then the rear end of the cooling conveyor 12 is positioned below the front end of the delivery surface 11 to form a head between the cooling conveyor 12 and the delivery surface 11. After such preparations are completed, the food mold 3 is inverted by rotating the depanner 2 by 180 degrees, and the square bread B is dropped onto the mounting surface. Then, the upper surface of the square bread B, which was facing upward when placed in the food mold 3, is positioned downward on the placement surface 5 and is conveyed to the front end of the placement surface 5 in that position. When it falls onto the delivery surface 11 due to the drop with the delivery surface 11, it assumes a position rotated 90 degrees clockwise. Further, when it falls from the front end of the delivery surface 11 onto the cooling conveyor 12, it further rotates clockwise by 90 degrees.
Since the square bread B is rotated by .degree., the top surface of the square bread B is placed upward, and the square bread B is transported to the next step by the cooling conveyor 12 in that state.

8 and 9 show an embodiment in which the entire framework of the bread delivery conveyor 4 is rotated using the roller 6 behind the placement surface 5 as a fulcrum when changing the placement surface 5 from an inclined state to a horizontal state. However, in this case, the delivery surface 11 is also inclined at the same angle of inclination as the mounting surface 5. The rest is the same as the previous example.

尚、傾斜面5の進行方向下方への傾斜角度は、

度はとくに限定されるものではない。
Incidentally, the downward inclination angle of the inclined surface 5 in the traveling direction is as follows:
Based on experiments, a range of 3 to 8 degrees is appropriate for normal mountain-shaped bread A, but depending on the shape of the mountain-shaped part of mountain-shaped bread A, it may be better to tilt the angle beyond this range. The angle of inclination is not particularly limited, as this may be more desirable.

As is clear from the above description, the method of the present invention includes providing a bread delivery conveyor 4 below the food mold 3 that has been inverted from the depanner 2 and having a placement surface 5 that is inclined downward in the direction of movement. This mounting surface 5
Since the chevron-shaped bread A is dropped upward from the chevron-shaped portion, the chevron-shaped bread A falls downward in the traveling direction of the placing surface 5 with respect to the center of the chevron-shaped portion due to the slope of the placing surface 5. As a result of receiving a rotational moment, they fall and align sideways with the chevron-shaped portion facing upward in the direction opposite to the direction of travel of the mounting surface 5 and the lower portion facing downward in the direction of travel. Subsequent processing can be performed efficiently. Therefore, unlike the conventional method, there is no need to manually take out the mountain-shaped bread from the food mold 3 and arrange it on the bread delivery conveyor 4, thereby saving labor and improving hygiene. be able to.

This embodiment includes an alignment step in which the chevron-shaped bread A that has fallen in a certain direction on the placement surface 5 is aligned with the chevron-shaped portion facing upward due to the drop formed between the placement surface 5 and the delivery surface 11. Although an example has been described in detail, depending on the subsequent steps, this alignment step using the head may be omitted.
