Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、プラスチツク成形時において発生す
るスプールランナーの処理方法及びその装置に関
するものである。一般的なプラスチツク成形工場
においては、多数の成形機を設備し、プラスチツ
ク成形品の量産を可能ならしめているが、これら
プラスチツク成形機からはスプールランナーが多
量に排出されている。そこで、これらの成形機か
ら排出されるスプールランナーの従来の処理方法
としては、例えば第1図に示す如く、多数台設置
されている各成形機A毎にスプールランナーを移
送すべきサイドコンベアーBを配置し、更に各サ
イドコンベアーの終端部には各サイドコンベアB
に共通して連絡されるメインコンベアーCを設け
て、各サイドコンベアーBによつて移送されてき
たスプールランナーは、メインコンベアーCによ
つて粉砕機Dに供給され、該粉砕機Dによつて粉
砕されたスプールランナーは選別機Eによつて選
別された後、貯蔵器Fに貯蔵せしめているもので
あつた。従つて、従来のスプールランナー処理方
法においては、各成型機から排出されるスプール
ランナーは、サイドコンベアーBから粉砕機Dに
供給されるまでの間は原形を変えることなく比較
的大形のまま移送されるために、処理能力に比較
して幅広のサイドコンベアー、あるいはメインコ
ンベアーを設備しなくてはならず、また粉砕機に
おいては、投入口径を大きく設定しなければなら
ない等のことから、スプールランナー処理装置の
設置スペースが大きくなりレイアウト的にも制約

毎に設置し、更に各粗砕機から排出される破砕物
はパイプラインにより空気力輸送するようにし
て、従来におけるコンベアーの設備費と、その設
備面積を削減し、スプールランナーの処理につい

る。6は粉砕機によつて粉砕された粉砕物を選別
する選別機、7は選別機6により選別された樹脂
を貯蔵するホツパー、8は空気輸送パイプ3内の
粗砕物を吸引して捕集サイクロン5内へ導くため
の吸引ブロワーであるが、かかる吸引ブロワーに
よる空気輸送手段は、圧送ブロワーによる空気輸

物は、粉砕機4によつて粉砕された後、選別機6
により選別されホツパー7内へ供給され、スプー
ルランナーの粉砕処理がなされ、各成形機1から
導出されるスプールランナーの粉砕貯蔵がなされ
