As shown in Publication No. 128763, a roll-shaped fibrous substrate is placed in a bath containing a resin liquid to be impregnated with the resin liquid, and after being pulled out, it is sandwiched between a copper foil and a cover sheet and subjected to a curing treatment. This was done by then winding it up into a roll.

題点がある。 According to such conventional molding methods, the resin liquid is sufficiently impregnated into the fibrous substrate, but on the other hand, the resin remains attached more than necessary and is cured without being sufficiently defoamed. Since the resin is wound up on a single roll, there are problems such as pressure-feeding using only one roll causes variations in thickness, air bubbles tend to remain, leading to quality deterioration, and the amount of resin liquid used is large, making it uneconomical.

is formed into a laminate 5 via a laminate 5, and then wound around a mandrel 6. At that time, the inner end 5a of the laminate 5 is connected to the mandrel 6.
and the winding is performed so that the silicone-impregnated paper 3 is on the inside, the resin film 2 is in the middle, and the reinforcing fiber cloth 1 is on the outside. The mandrel 6 and the laminate 5 thus wound are inserted into the cylindrical mold 7 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. This cylindrical shape 7 is supported by a plurality of wheels 8 and is rotatable around a horizontal axis 9, and both openings thereof are closed by a pair of left and right lids 10 that support and fix the mandrel 6. . Further, the outer end 5b of the laminate 5 is connected to the cylindrical shape 7 via the stopper 11.
is fixed on the inner surface of the In this inserted and fixed state, the cylindrical mold 7 is rotated in the direction opposite to the winding direction of the laminate, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the heating device 12 disposed outside the cylindrical mold 7 is started. Then, the laminate 5 is heated through the cylinder 7, and the resin film 2 is gradually melted and turned into resin. This melted resin is impregnated into the reinforcing fiber cloth 1, but at this time, a tightening force is applied to the reinforcing fiber cloth 1 with both ends 5a and 5b fixed due to centrifugal force, and the resin is also subjected to centrifugal tightening force. The force acts on it, causing it to migrate to the outside and become impregnated into the reinforcing fiber cloth 1. That is, since the reinforcing fiber cloth 1 is heated while being tightened, the resin is squeezed out and comes out due to centrifugal force, and is impregnated into the reinforcing fiber cloth 1. After that, it is cooled to harden the resin,
Then, by taking it out from the cylindrical mold 7 and rolling it out, a hard plate can be formed.

きる。 As described above, according to the present invention, the reinforcing fiber cloth can be impregnated with resin by the tightening force due to the centrifugal force of the reinforcing fiber cloth and the centrifugal movement force of the melted resin, and thereby the optimal amount of resin can be impregnated into the reinforcing fiber cloth. It is possible to easily obtain a composite material plate with a uniform thickness without bubbles.
