The guide tube insertion hole e is guided and transferred by the guide tube d.
Furthermore, this holder a is used by being fixed to a guide channel g provided in a window glass drive mechanism f, and the window glass b is now placed in the U groove c of this window glass holder a. Insert and fix the lower edge of , further fix this holder a to the guide channel of the window glass drive mechanism f,
If the window glass drive mechanism f is operated after inserting the guide tube d into the guide tube insertion hole e,
Holder a, which is integrated with window glass b, is guided by guide tube d and moves up and down, whereby window glass b
The door is opened and closed. A slider integral with the holder a and having a spherical tip is provided on the inner surface of the guide tube insertion hole e so as to be in contact with the guide tube d.

点があつた。 However, the window glass holder a of the above conventional structure
is fixed to the guide channel g and is made of hard resin to support the guide, and the slider provided integrally with the window glass holder a is also hard. In addition, play occurs between the slider and the guide tube due to dimensional accuracy. Therefore, noise is generated due to vibrations and the like. Also, if the slider is made soft to absorb backlash, the slider and guide tube d
Due to the increased sliding resistance, the window glass holder a cannot slide smoothly against the guide tube d.
There was a problem in that the force needed to lift and lower the window glass increased.

Because it is hard, contact resistance with the guide tube is reduced,
In addition, the soft cushioning material absorbs play between the guide tube and the slider.

is a U-groove 3 formed in a U-shaped side surface, an arm portion 4 extending from the outer surface of this U-groove 3, and a vertical line perpendicular to the extending direction of this arm portion 4 in this arm portion 4. The guide tube insertion hole 5 has a formed guide tube insertion hole 5, and a through hole 6 that penetrates toward the side surface of the guide tube insertion hole 5 is bored in the inner bottom of the U groove 3. . A slider 7 is installed in this through hole 6.
As shown in FIG. 5, it is made of hard synthetic resin and has a spherical tip and a protrusion 8 for fitting on its outer periphery. A cushioning material 10 made of a cylindrical soft material is in a compressed state in the space of the through hole closed by the rear end of the slider 7 and the glass (not shown) inserted into the U groove 3. Established in Next, 13 is a mounting screw whose head is embedded in the wall surface forming the U groove 3 of the holder body, and the head 14 of this mounting screw 13 is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. As shown, a stepped portion 15 and notched recesses 16 are formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. 17 is a protrusion for reducing the contact surface with the guide tube 18 inserted into the guide tube insertion hole 5; 19 is formed on the inner surface of the U groove 3;
This is a protruding strip to prevent the adhesive filled in the U-groove 3 from spilling out.

Moreover, the soft buffer material 10 urges the slider 7 toward the guide tube, and absorbs play between the slider 7 and the guide tube. Therefore, this hard slider 7
The soft cushioning material 10 allows the window glass holder 1 to slide smoothly with respect to the guide tube without any play.

ある。 Further, the head 14 of the mounting screw 13 embedded in the holder of this embodiment has a large number of notches 16 provided in the circumferential direction, so that the mounting screw 13 can be firmly prevented from being rotated. Combined and head 1
Since the mounting screw 13 is firmly connected in the axial direction by the stepped portion 15 provided in the holder 1, the mounting screw 13 can be attached to the holder body 2 without loosening. This has the effect of being able to be firmly and reliably fixed to the glass drive mechanism.
