部と弁棒間のパージ流体の流動速度が高速となつ
て弁棒並びに弁箱筒状部が浸食される問題があつ
た。そこで弁棒を大径にして撓みを少なくする事
が考えられるが、全開時の流路開口面積が小とな

パージ流体を通すための流路R1が形成されてお
り、もつて、オイル精製に際してのゼオライトや
珪砂(SiO2)等の再生に伴つて発生する排ガス
等、高温高圧でダストを含むガスの輸送経路に適
