A filling material made of a soft synthetic resin material is removably fitted into a fitting groove formed in a metal frame so that it can be replaced partially due to wear and tear.

る場合が多かつた。 Although the anti-slip effect on the tread side is important in these anti-slip products, it is the anti-slip part on the top that wears out the fastest due to the tread pressure received when going up and down over long periods of use.
The anti-slip surface is not worn uniformly because people are moved up and down relatively close to the handrail side or in the center of the stairs, and stairs that are moved up and down particularly frequently, such as those at stations or department stores, are often used. This trend is remarkable. Therefore, in a non-slip system in which a filling material is removably fitted into a groove in a metal frame as shown in Fig. 2, it is possible to prevent slipping by replacing only the filling material periodically or depending on the state of wear. Despite being able to maintain the functionality of
Even with this type of anti-slip, as mentioned above, it wears out locally, making it difficult to accurately judge when to replace it. Even if it was replaced, there were many cases where the engaging part became smaller and the filling material peeled off immediately.

When the surface became worn, the entire cleat had to be removed and replaced with a new product. However, these non-slips are fixed with anchors or adhesives to prevent them from rattling or coming off during use, so when replacing all the non-slips, there is a risk of damaging the stairs near the non-slip. In many cases, the stairs have to be repaired and the mounting surface for the anti-slip has to be remade, which is a large and complicated task, and on stairs where it is not possible to prohibit people from going up and down, the worn-out anti-slip is left as it is, and the anti-slip is simply used to protect the stairs. There were often cases where this was not possible.

があつた。 Furthermore, with conventional anti-slips, the anti-slip part on the top surface is usually formed as a continuous unevenness extending in the length direction, so there is no noticeable feature on the top surface, and it is easy to change the atmosphere around the stairs. The only way to improve the decorative value of anti-slip materials was to change the color of the anti-slip material.

供する。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional anti-slip device, and includes a non-slip main body having a downwardly hanging front edge on the front end of a flat base and a rear edge on the rear end. , the flat base is made of a synthetic resin or a metal plate, and is integrally molded with front and rear edges made of a soft synthetic resin material, and has a wide upwardly facing portion formed on the upper surface thereof. By pasting a non-slip sheet material in the recess and manufacturing this non-slip sheet material separately from the non-slip body, you can peel off only the non-slip sheet material at any time. To provide a non-slip for a building in which only the upper surface part can be extremely easily replaced, and the decorativeness of the non-slip for stairs can be improved by easily replacing the non-slip sheet material according to the installation place and time.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a non-slip body, and a belt-shaped flat base 2 made of a metal material or a hard synthetic resin material has a front end attached to the corner of a staircase 3. A front edge part 6 made of a soft synthetic resin material is positioned to form a hollow 4 therein, has an arc-shaped buffer part 5 projecting obliquely upward, and is made of a soft synthetic resin material and hangs downward. The rear edge portions 7, which are generally flat and made of a soft synthetic resin material, are integrally connected to each other.

共に、保守管理の費用を低減することができる。 The present invention has the above configuration,
The front end of the flat base made of metal material or hard synthetic resin material has a downwardly hanging front edge, and the rear end has a trailing edge part made of soft synthetic resin material and integrated into one piece. In the connected anti-slip bodies, a non-slip sheet material having anti-slip unevenness is attached to the wide upward recess formed on the upper surface of the flat base so that it can be attached by adhesive means. Therefore, the anti-slip sheet material located on the top surface of the anti-slip surface, which wears out the fastest during use, can be removed from the bottom wall of the upward facing recess and replaced with a new anti-slip sheet material, ensuring that the anti-slip effect is always maintained. The anti-slip device is attached, and there is no need to replace the entire anti-slip material or the filling material; instead, only the anti-slip sheet material on the top surface is replaced, which simplifies the replacement work and reduces maintenance costs. can.

る。 In addition, the anti-slip sheet material is glued to the bottom wall of the upward recess so that the adhesive surface does not appear on the top surface, and its both ends are held by the front and rear edges, so it can be prevented from slipping by stepping on it. The edges of the sheet material do not turn over, and the anti-slip sheet material can be easily removed when being replaced.

Strong adhesion can be achieved without the risk of poor adhesion due to the influence of the plasticizer, and cushioning properties can be obtained due to the flexibility of the front and rear ends, especially the front edge.
