An inverted T-shaped metal frame is integrally molded with a non-slip material made of hard rubber material (Figure 8), and the top surface does not lose its anti-slip effect, and can be partially replaced due to wear. It is generally known that a filler made of a synthetic resin material is removably inserted into a groove formed in a metal frame (Fig. 7).

Because people are going up and down the stairs near the sides or in the center of the stairs, the anti-slip surface is not worn uniformly, and this is especially true on stairs where there is a lot of going up and down, such as those in stations and department stores. Significant.

は限界があった。Therefore, in a non-slip device in which a filling material is removably inserted into the groove of a metal frame as shown in Fig. 7, the anti-slip function is maintained by replacing only the filling material periodically or depending on the state of wear. However, even with this type of anti-slip, it is difficult to accurately judge when to replace it as it wears out locally as mentioned above, and it is difficult to accurately judge when to replace it. Even if only the filler was replaced in a worn case, the engaging portion would be reduced and the filler would often peel off immediately. Also, the 8th
When the stair cleat shown in the figure became worn, the entire cleat had to be removed and replaced with a new product. However, these non-slips are fixed with anchors or adhesives to prevent them from wobbling or coming off during use, so when replacing the entire non-slip, the stairs near the non-slip often get damaged. The stairs have to be repaired again and the mounting surface for the anti-slip has to be remade, which is a large and complicated task, and on stairs where it is not possible to prohibit people from going up and down, the worn-out anti-slip is left as it is, and it is only used to protect the stairs. The case has now been seen. Furthermore,
In conventional anti-slip products, the anti-slip part on the top surface is usually formed as continuous unevenness extending in the length direction.
There were no noticeable features on the top surface, and the only way to change the atmosphere around the stairs was to simply change the color of the anti-slip material, which limited the ability to enhance the decorative value of the anti-slip material.

A groove is formed, and both ends of the thin adhesive plate made of metal material or synthetic resin are buried in the fleshy part of the anti-slip body, and the flat plate part is bonded to the bottom wall of the upward groove. By attaching a non-slip sheet material to the adhesive plate and manufacturing the non-slip sheet material separately from the non-slip body, by peeling off only the non-slip sheet material at any time, it is possible to remove the top surface which wears out the fastest. Only the part can be replaced extremely easily, and since the adhesive plate is integrated into the anti-slip body, the rigidity of the entire anti-slip is increased, and the anti-slip sheet material can be easily replaced depending on the installation location and time. To provide a non-slip for a building capable of enhancing anti-slip decorative properties.

An arc-shaped buffer portion 7 that slightly protrudes diagonally upward
The front green part 8 that hangs downward through the lotus is divided into approximately L.
It is formed into a letter shape. This anti-slip main body 1 is fixed to the stairs 2 using any locking means such as adhesive or fasteners.
In particular, when using European vinyl chloride, etc., in order to prevent the adhesive effect from decreasing due to leaching of added plasticity, the lower surface of the flat base 3 should be made of metal such as aluminum hoop material, similar to the above-mentioned contact sign 5. It is preferable to stretch the thin plate 9 of the above-mentioned shape to the lower surface of the front green part 8 when the anti-slip main body 1 is made in advance into a bird's-plane shape and is bent into an L-shape at the time of installation. It can prevent rebound after bending and increase the rigidity of the entire anti-slip device.

The upward concave groove 4 to which the flat plate portion 20 is joined has the same width as the upward concave groove 4, has numerous anti-slip uneven parts 10 on its surface, and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11 affixed to its lower surface. A non-slip sheet material 12 is pasted and fixed via an adhesive plate 5.

As shown in FIG. An anti-slip uneven part 10' with protrusions and a rough upper surface (Fig. 4),
Further, those in which the anti-slip uneven portion 10 has a continuous geometric pattern (FIG. 5), those in which a discontinuous pattern is formed in a convex shape (FIG. 6), etc. are used.

することができる。In addition, this anti-slip sheet material 12 is the anti-slip main body 1
The upward groove 4 of the main body 1 prevents the medium-wide sheet from slipping unless the sheet is molded to fit inside the upward groove 4.
It may be cut and used as appropriate. In addition to being attached to the upper surface of the flat base 3 via the adhesive plate 5, the anti-slip sheet material 12 is also exposed on the front surface of the front edge 8 on the bottom wall, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form an upward concave groove 4' with an integrally provided adhesive plate 5 and attach the adhesive plate 5 as shown in FIG. Note that when using a material such as European vinyl chloride as the anti-slip sheet material 12, the adhesive effect may decrease as in the case of the anti-slip body 1, so a similar twill signboard may be placed on the bottom surface of the anti-slip sheet material 12. By integrally providing the anti-slip sheet material 12, it is possible to adhere the anti-slip sheet material 12 even more firmly.

A thin adhesive plate 5 made of a metal material or a synthetic resin material is embedded in the fleshy part of the anti-slip body 1 at both ends thereof, and the flat plate part 20 is bonded to the bottom wall of the upward groove 4. The anti-slip sheet material 12 having anti-slip unevenness 10 on its surface is attached to the upward groove 4 through the adhesive plate 5 in a replaceable manner by adhesive means. The anti-slip sheet material 12 on the top surface of the anti-slip surface, which wears out the fastest during the process, can be removed from the adhesive plate 5 bonded to the bottom wall of the upward concave groove 4 and replaced with a new anti-slip sheet material 12. A non-slip sheet that maintains its anti-slip effect is installed, and there is no need to replace the non-slip body or filling material.
Since only 2 is replaced, the work for replacement can be simplified and maintenance costs can be reduced.

Moreover, since both ends of the anti-slip sheet material 12 are held by the side walls of the upward groove 4, the ends of the anti-slip sheet material 12 will not be turned over by treading pressure.
It can be easily removed when the anti-slip sheet material 12 is peeled off for replacement.
