This invention relates to a vinyl chloride resin (hereinafter abbreviated as PVC) composition, and its purpose is to improve the thermal stability and weather resistance during molding of the PVC composition without impairing its various properties. . There are various factors that affect the thermal stability and weather resistance during molding of PVC compositions. It was difficult to obtain the composition. However, the inventors systematically investigated these relationships, elucidated the factors that affect the thermal stability and weather resistance during molding, and completed this invention. That is, this invention provides a hard PVC composition with
Dibutyltin dilaurate from 0.1 to 3.0 PHR (PHR = parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of resin) and from 0.5 to
By blending 3.0 PHR of dioctyl adipate, the heat stability and weather resistance during molding of the PVC composition are improved. Next, this invention will be explained in detail. PVC compositions are made by adding additives such as fillers, stabilizers, and lubricants to PVC. It was discovered that the thermal stability and weather resistance of As a result of further detailed consideration of these issues, we found that 0.1 to 3.0 PHR of dibutyltin dilaurate was added to the hard PVC composition. and 0.5-3.0PHR of dioctyl adipate It has been found that when these are blended, the thermal stability and weather resistance during molding can be significantly improved due to their synergistic action without impairing the various properties of the PVC composition. If the amount of dibutyltin dilaurate added is outside the above range at the lower limit, the weather resistance will be insufficient. On the other hand, if the upper limit exceeds the above range, the heat deformation resistance may deteriorate and coloring may become uneven, which is not preferable. Furthermore, if the amount of dioctyl adipate added is outside the above range at the lower limit, the molding torque will increase and moldability will decrease, and conversely, if the amount is outside the above range at the upper limit, it will result in a decrease in heat deformation resistance and impact resistance. . In this invention, the means for kneading the raw materials and the molding method (injection molding, etc.) are conventional methods. Further, the conditions for producing or molding the composition may be the same as conventional methods. As described above, since the PVC composition of the present invention contains dibutyltin dilaurate of 0.1 to 3.0 PHR and dioctyl adipate of 0.5 to 3.0 PHR to the hard PVC composition, the synergistic effect of the two makes it possible to improve the PVC composition. Thermal stability and weather resistance during molding can be significantly improved without impairing various properties. Next, Examples and Comparative Examples will be described. That is, a vinyl chloride composition was obtained according to the conventional method using the formulations shown in the table below. Regarding these PVC compositions, the time until decomposition was investigated while kneading was continued, and the weather resistance was also investigated based on the degree of whitening, and the results are shown in the same table. In addition, in the table, No. 1 to No. 3 are comparative examples.

[Table] In the table, the decomposition time in continuous kneading is calculated using Brabender's Plastograph, using a mold kept at 200°C, and rotating at a rotation speed of 50 rpm.
The time required for the sample to decompose was measured by continuously kneading under the following conditions. The larger the value, the longer the heat resistance time during molding, and the more stable the PVC composition. The degree of whitening ΔV was expressed as the difference in V value between the sample after 6 months of outdoor exposure and the initial state using the V value (corresponding to brightness) of the Munsell color system. The larger this number is, the worse the weather resistance is.
