排出装置においては塵芥の貯留時にもドラム全体
を回転しているため、塵芥の貯留時における振
動、騒音が非常に高く、しかも駆動エネルギーが
非常に大きいという問題点があつた。

に設けられている。該回転爪5はダストシユート
2より投入された塵芥を回転ドラム4に供給する
もので、前記回転ドラム4後端壁の中央中空部1
3に、該中空部13内周壁により周囲を回転自在
に支持された回転リング7と、該回転リング7と
一体的に形成され、前記回転ドラム4内へ突出し
た複数個の爪8,8……とよりなり、回転リング
7の後部外周には回転爪5回転用のギヤ9が固設
され、該ギヤ9と前記架台3に固定された電動モ
ータ10とは減速機11及びギヤ12を介して接
続され、電動モータ10を駆動することにより前
記回転爪5を適宜回転できるようになつている。

上記ブレード19に沿つてその回転ドラム4内を
塵芥が排出口14に向つて移動し、また前記回転
爪5の回転によりダストシユート2内に投入され
塵芥がこのブレード19に沿つて回転ドラム4の
内部へ移動するようになつている。また、前記回
転ドラム4の後端面には前記ギヤ6が固定され、
該ギヤ6と前記架台3に固定された電動モータ2
0とは減速機21及びギヤ22を介して接続され
ている。また、前記ギヤ6と前記回転爪5間には
シール部材23が、回転爪5と前記ダストシユー
ト2間にはシール部材24がそれぞれ設けられて

て一定数回転し、塵芥を前記ブレード19に沿つ
てさらに前方へ前進させる。以上の動作を繰り返
した後、前記回転ドラム4が満量になると、図示
しない塵芥収集車の投入口を前記ベルトコンベヤ
31の排出部へ連結し、ベルトコンベヤ31を作
動させた後油圧シリンダ36を作動させて開閉扉
29を開放し、続いて回転ドラム4を回転させ
て、その排出口14からベルトコンベヤ31を介
して図示しない塵芥収集車の投入口へ塵芥を排出
する。排出が終了し、回転ドラム4内が空になる
と回転ドラム4の回転を停止し、開閉扉29を閉
鎖して再び元の貯留可能状態に戻す。

転中も騒音が外部へ出にくいものであるほか設置
スペースも従来とほとんど変わりがないものであ
り、さらに駆動力も小さくてもよいので、ドラム
自体を回転させて貯留するものに比較してエネル
ギーの節約になる等の効果を有する。
