て説明する。図において、1は物体収納溝2を多
列に形成したマガジン、3は前記マガジン1を物
体収納溝2の1ピツチ毎に位置決めする位置決め
装置4とマガジン1の両側に位置する物体送り爪
逃げ溝5を形成したマガジンガイド6を設けた1
対のベルトコンベヤ、7は物体を搬送するベルト
コンベヤ、8は物体を遮断する分離シリンダ9と
シーソー動作をして1個づつ分離供給するための
供給シリンダである。10は減速機付電動機11
から駆動歯車12を経て回転する回転歯車で、駆
動スプロケツト13を支持しこの駆動スプロケツ
ト13と個別に回転できるように構成されてい
る。14は前記駆動スプロケツト13との間にト
ルク設定用ばね15を介して前記回転歯車10の
トルク調節ねじ部16に形成された割溝17にロ
ツクナツト18を螺合させてトルク調節ねじ部1
6に固定されたトルク調整体であり、これら13
〜18の部材によつてトルクリミツタを構成して
いる。19は前記駆動スプロケツト13と従動ス
プロケツト21との間に保持され搬送駆動するチ
エン22に支持プレート23を介して接合してい
る送り爪で等距離をおいて1対設けられている。
24は前記チエン22の搬送下部の緩みを平行に
する下部チエンガイド25と対をなして搬送チエ
ン22の浮き上がりを防止するとともに搬送上部
のチエン22のガイドの役目もする中間ガイド、
26は前記送り爪19を規正する溝を持つた規正
ガイド27によつて搬送規正される送り爪19に
より遮光されるフオトセンサである。28は前記
ベルトコンベヤ3の駆動プーリ、29は同従動プ
ーリ、30はベルトコンベヤ7を回動する減速機
付電動機で駆動プーリ32及び伝導プーリ33に
回転運動を伝達する。34は前記ベルトコンベヤ
7のテンシヨンプーリ、31はこのベルトコンベ
ヤ7の物体搬送のため両側に設けられたガイドで

前進が阻害されて前記トルクリミツタのトルク設
定用ばね15の前後で設定摩擦結合力以上のトル
クが働きスリツプして空回転する。次に1つの物
体収納溝2に収納された物体が順次送り出されて
全て供給されると送り爪19は駆動スプロケツト
13に沿つて回転し、返送側に移りフオトセンサ
26で検出して減速機付電動機11は停止する。
このときチエン22に対称に結合されている一方
の送り爪19は逃げ溝5まで搬送されて物体供給
のため待機する。そしてマガジン1が1ピツチ移
動して次の物体収納溝2が位置決め装置4により
位置決めされた後、減速機付電動機11が回転し
て送り爪19により物体収納溝2からの物体が順
次供給される。又前記減速機付電動機11がマガ
ジン1移動のため停止している間はベルトコンベ
ヤ7上に搭載されている物体のみ前方に供給され
ている。又送り爪19で物体を供給していると
き、チエン22の下部チエンガイド25及び中間
ガイド24でチエン22が上下及び左右に揺れな
いよう規正されているので、浮き上つたり横ずれ
