The present invention relates to a cleaning fragrance that is used by being put into the tank of a water storage type flush toilet. This invention relates to a cleansing air freshener for water-storing flush toilets, which is made of a compressed tablet, which prevents deformation during use, and which has excellent sustained release of active ingredients, long-lasting effects, and ease of handling. In recent years, with the spread of flush toilets, the living environment has improved and the toilet has become a suitable place to live. However, when cleaning it daily, organic matter in human waste, limescale in the drinking water, and other inorganic salts can be removed from the toilet bowl. It becomes a dirt and deposits, spoiling the appearance and causing a bad odor. Once these stains adhere to the container walls, they cannot be easily removed, so conventional methods for preventing such stains include injecting and filling plastic containers with a base material made of high-molecular polyethylene glycol, to which cleaning ingredients and fragrances have been added. It is used as a cleaning fragrance. When in use, these cleaning fragrances are suspended in their entirety in a water tank, and the cleaning and fragrance components are gradually eluted into the water used to maintain their effectiveness. However, since all conventional cleaning fragrances are based on water-soluble polymeric substances, their dissolution rate is generally fast, and they may swell or flow out as a slurry, resulting in slow release of the active ingredient. It was extremely difficult to expect that the effects would be sustainable. In order to improve this drawback, improvements have been made to water-soluble base materials and containers, but the fundamental solution to the above problem has not yet been achieved. The present inventors used a specific sublimable substance, that is, trialkyltrioxane, as a base material, completely different from conventional cleaning fragrances that use water-soluble polymers as a base material, and added cleaning ingredients and fragrances to this base material. When a dispersed product is compressed into tablets, the molded product does not show any tendency to swell or run out like mud even in water, and exhibits extremely excellent shape retention and retention of cleaning ingredients and fragrances. As the base material gradually sublimates, a fresh surface is exposed, and as a result, cleaning ingredients and fragrances gradually dissolve into the water, resulting in sustained release of active ingredients and long-lasting effects. was found to be obtained. According to the present invention, there is provided a cleaning fragrance for use in water-storing flush toilets, which has a composition in which a surfactant as a cleaning component, a cleaning aid, and a fragrance are dispersed in a sublimable base material mainly composed of trialkyltrioxane. A water storage type, which is formed by compressing a product into a tablet, and is characterized in that a sublimable base material, a surfactant, and a fragrance are present as a cohesive medium or a continuous phase, and a cleaning aid is present as a dispersed phase. A flushing toilet flushing fragrance is provided. As mentioned above, the cleaning fragrance of the present invention has a remarkable feature in that a specific sublimable base material is used in place of the conventional water-soluble or water-swellable polymer base material. In other words, even when the sublimable base material used in the present invention, cleaning ingredients, and fragrances are compressed into tablets, it has outstanding shape retention in water and retention of the internal cleaning ingredients and fragrances. show. Moreover, as the sublimable base material on the surface of the tablet molded product sublimates continuously and gradually, only the surfactant cleaning aid and fragrance exposed on the surface gradually dissolve and diffuse into the water, and the cleaning ingredients Due to its penetrating power, it dissolves or peels off organic dirt that tries to stick to the toilet wall or sticks to it, exhibiting excellent cleaning power, and also diffuses fragrance into the toilet. It is possible to give a refreshing feeling. Moreover, the sublimable substance used in the present invention can be easily compressed into tablets in the form of the composition described above, eliminates the need to fill it in a special container, facilitates manufacturing operations, eliminates container costs, and This brings about significant advantages such as no need to remove the used container from the water storage tank after use. The sublimable base material used in the present invention is trialkyltrioxane, especially the following general formula: In the formula, R is mainly trialkyltrioxane, which is an alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, and among these, triisopropyltrioxane and triteributyltrioxane are preferred. These trialkyltrioxanes are
Compared to other sublimable substances such as paradichlorobenzene, naphthalene, and cerebrum, it has a remarkable property of being able to retain relatively large amounts of cleaning ingredients and fragrances without losing its shape retention even in water. In addition, it has no unique odor, is chemically stable, and is not decomposed by added ingredients.
It is also significantly superior in that it does not tend to change the added components. In the present invention, it is most desirable to use tri-i-propyltrioxane or tri-t-butyltrioxane alone as the sublimable base material, but other materials may be used without departing from the essence of the present invention. There is no particular problem in using a combination of small amounts of sublimable base materials. As the surfactant, any surfactant that has detergency can be used, such as nonionic, anionic, or amphoteric surfactants, but among these, sublimable surfactants can be used. It is best to use a nonionic surfactant from the viewpoint of compatibility with the base material and fragrance. Suitable examples thereof include polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol ether, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, etc., but all nonionic surfactants conventionally used in detergents can be used for the purpose of the present invention. I can do it. As cleaning aids, many builder substances conventionally used in cleaning agents, etc., such as neutral builders such as urea and sodium sulfate; sodium carbonate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate,
Alkaline builders such as sodium silicate can be used alone or in combination of two or more. In addition to the water-soluble builders mentioned above, water-inactive builders can also be used, such as zeolite (type A or type X zeolite), untreated or alkali-treated bentonite, and the like. As fragrances, any fragrances commonly used for fragrance purposes, such as lavender, lemon oil,
Examples include plant essential oils such as rose oil and green oil; animal fragrances such as musk and civet; and mixed fragrances made of synthetic fragrances such as aldehydes, esters, and ketones. In the present invention, the sublimable base material is 40 to 80% by weight based on the total amount of the cleaning fragrance (in this specification, percentages and parts are based on weight unless otherwise specified), particularly 55 to 80% by weight based on the total amount of the cleaning fragrance.
It is preferable to use between 75% and 75%. If the content of the sublimable substance is less than 40%, it is undesirable because the dissolution rate of the cleaning component will increase and the shape will be lost.If it exceeds 80%, the concentration of the cleaning component dissolved in the water will decrease. Since it becomes small, it is not preferable in terms of cleaning effect. In order to obtain the desired cleaning effect while preventing deformation, the surfactant content is 5 to 30%.
Especially in amounts of 10 to 20%, and cleaning aids in amounts of 5 to 30%.
%, especially in an amount of 10 to 25%. Furthermore, from an aromatic point of view, perfumes are preferably used in amounts of 0.1 to 10%, especially 3 to 8%. The cleaning fragrance of the present invention may contain ingredients known per se in a known formulation, if necessary. For example, it is possible to blend methylene blue, cyanine blue, Blue No. 1, etc. as pigments, and add salicylic acid, thiabendazole, benzoic acid ester, etc. as disinfectants to obtain a refreshing and clean feeling. Furthermore, if necessary, a chelating agent such as ethylenediaminetetraacetate may be included as a metal ion sequestering agent. The cleaning fragrance of the present invention can be easily manufactured by tabletting a composition consisting of the above-mentioned components. When producing this tablet-molded product, care must be taken to maintain sustained release properties and shape retention while incorporating a relatively large amount of cleaning aid.
From this point of view, in the present invention, a sublimable base material, a surfactant, and a fragrance are used as a fixing medium or a continuous phase in a compatible state, and a cleaning aid such as a builder is used as a dispersed phase to form a tablet. is manufactured. For this purpose, a sublimable base material, a surfactant, and a fragrance or even a pigment are melted into a mixture, and this molten mixture is cooled and fixed, and then finely pulverized. This fine powder and a powder of a cleaning aid or a disinfectant or the like are mixed by dry blending or the like, and then this is formed into a tablet in the shape of a disc or the like by tablet molding. When this molding method is used, the above-mentioned compatible mixture of the sublimable base material, surfactant, and fragrance becomes a fixing medium, and cleaning aids that are not compatible with these can also be fixed.
It becomes possible to hold the tablet in the tablet while preventing the tendency of deformation and early exudation. In order to form the above-mentioned compatible mixture, each component may be heated and stirred at a temperature above their melting point and below 100°C, and tableting may be carried out by any of the fluid pressure method, mechanical method, or manual method. This can be done using a tabletting machine, but the tableting pressure is preferably 10 tons (tons) or less. In order to finely pulverize the compatible mixture and provide sufficient shape retention to the final product, it is desirable that the melting point or deformation temperature be higher than 55°C. Incidentally, the cleaning fragrance can also be formed by ordinary melt molding. Such a molded product is brittle, has low mechanical strength, and easily cracks, and is therefore not preferred for the purposes of the present invention. The invention is illustrated by the following example. Various tests in the following examples were conducted as follows. (1) Liquid syneresis: After the molded product was placed on paper and left for 30 minutes, the presence or absence of liquid leakage into the paper was examined. (2) Melting temperature: The molded product was left in a constant temperature room at 55°C for 1 hour and checked for deformation and melting. (3) Solubility: The molded product was placed in a pipette washer, and water supply and drainage was repeated at a rate of 10 times/hour to check for deformation and how it was reduced. (4) Cleanability: A 1% chemical solution was prepared and 10 slide glasses coated with artificial dirt were attached to a turgotometer and washed for 10 minutes to measure the amount of dirt removed. Cleanability (%) = Stain after cleaning/Initial dirt x 100 (5) Gradient strength: Place the chemicals used for 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks into a 60 cm square container, and The strength of the reaction was measured visually. Example 1 A sublimable base material, a surfactant, a fragrance, and a dye having the compositions shown in Table 1 were heated at a temperature of 100° C. or lower and stirred to form a molten mixture. This was solidified by cooling and then finely ground. At the end of this, mix the builder and fungicide shown in Table 1, and use a tablet machine to form tablets with a diameter of 45 mm and a thickness of 15 mm.
It was compressed into disc-shaped tablets. The results obtained are shown in Table 1 below.

This solves problems such as problems such as smearing and leaving the final container behind. It is also understood that as the base material sublimates, the cleaning component gradually dissolves from the surface and can eventually disappear completely. The aromatic cleaning agent of the present invention can exert its cleaning and aromatic effects for a relatively long period of time (from one month to several months) when placed in the water tank of a flush toilet, and the composition is extremely hygienic. .
