が現状である。 Traditionally, hospitals and nursing care facilities have continuously bathed a large number of patients with the assistance of several nurses on a set day of the week, but patients with cerebral palsy and infants have been treated with hot water baths along with the large number of patients mentioned above. It is not suitable for bathing all at once, and the current situation is that each patient is given a separate bath in a single bathtub whose bottom height can be adjusted in a separate bathroom.

This device has a moving table with roller parts installed on both sides of a bathtub equipped with an elevating roller part, and a washing stand and a wiping table with roller parts are arranged on both sides of both moving stands. The patient is sequentially bathed in hot water while moving the stretcher.
However, when attempting to use the bathtub in this device alone, the moving table and washing table must be moved from their designated positions to a narrow space in the bathroom, and while avoiding them, the transport vehicle for the patient bathing alone must be moved. I had to carry it up to the side wall of the bathtub.

No. 42390 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 51-2284 propose a structure in which a cleaning tank or a carrier with a cleaning tank is connected to a single bathtub in contact with each other. However, in these systems, a nurse is placed between the bathtub and the washing vehicle to assist the patient so that the patient's head does not submerge in the hot water, and to set intervals between showering and wiping the patient. I don't have it. In addition, if a washing tank that is in contact with the bathtub or a patient on a transport vehicle is washed, splashes of washed waste water will contaminate the bath water, so the purpose of separating the bathtub and washing tank together is not achieved, and the continuous hot water bath system It is not suitable as such.

There is. When the connecting rail is stored, the patient can be easily and reliably bathed without the risk of injury to the patient's body during the nursing care operation. Moreover, when the connecting rail is assembled and arranged horizontally, It is possible to easily connect a cleaning transport vehicle to the patient, and it is also possible to set intervals between nurses' assistance.

A hydraulic cylinder 50 as a support is erected in the center of a horizontal H-shaped leg frame 49 equipped with a pedal 51.
The upper end of the operating rod 52 is driven by a support plate 5.
The rail frame 10 is installed horizontally via 3. On the other hand, at the upper end of the cylinder 50, a washed sewage receiving tank 53 having an opening slightly wider than the stretcher is fixed at its center. Both ends of both frame plates 12 of the rail frame 10 are provided with protruding locking pieces 55 for preventing the stretcher from traveling. A locking rod 56 is provided at both ends of the other side, and the locking rod 56 opens the gap h only while the handle 59 is pulled toward the front, allowing the stretcher to run on the sliding plate. Furthermore, a pair of connecting protrusions 57 are provided on the front surface of the rail frame 6, and when these are inserted into the opening 8 provided in the rail frame 10 of the carrier, both the rail frames 6 and 10 are fitted and connected.

5 and 66, hot water at an appropriate temperature is supplied to the shower head 71 and bathtub 1. Then, the rail frame 2 is raised to the uppermost position by the lift switch 25. Thereafter, the screw rod 34 is rotated by the switch 71, and both the rail frames 6 are pivoted horizontally outward by the support frame 31.
At this time, the rail frames 2 and 6 are aligned on the same horizontal axis, and in particular, the rail frame 6 is located above the bathtub side wall by the connecting member 27. Even if a load is applied, it will not be accidentally lowered and folded.

は病室ベツドへ搬送車で帰還させる。 The patient is transferred from the hospital bed onto a stretcher in a transport vehicle and taken to the bathroom. Immediately after the preceding patient is immersed in hot water in the bathtub 1, the rail frame 10 of the transport vehicle is connected to the rail frame 6 and washed with a shower. Shower cleaning involves washing with soap and rinsing with soapy water to cleanse the body.
When the preceding bathing patient leaves the bathtub 4 and transfers to the rail frame 10 of the transport vehicle for cleaning, the patient after washing is moved to the bathtub 4. At this time, the nurse confirms that the rail frame 2 is at the highest position, then releases the locking rod 80 with the lever 82 and moves the stretcher 5 to the bathtub 4.
Transfer it to the rail frame 2. The stretcher on the rail frame 2 takes a bath while moving up and down in the bath water without being accidentally moved or dropped by both locking rods 80. After cleaning, the patient is returned to the hospital bed in a transport vehicle.

Use the waiting time to clean the appropriate space in the bathroom in advance, drain the accumulated water from the drain opening on the floor with a hose installed on the bottom wall of the tank, and make sure that the patient in front of you is not in the bathtub. When the person is transferred, a carrier is connected to the rail frame 6 and the person is transferred.

ベツドへと帰還させる。 The case where the bathtub 1 constituting the device of the present invention is used alone will be described below. For example, infants with cerebral palsy are patients who have difficulty lying quietly on their backs on the moving stretcher 5. To bathe such patients in hot water, double rail frames 6 and 7 are required.
The rail frame 2, which is raised and lowered, is lowered to an intermediate position in the bathtub, and a screen plate (not shown) is placed above it. On the other hand, after the patient lying supine on the stretcher 5 of the transport vehicle washes his or her body in advance, the side of the transport vehicle 8 is fixed close to the side wall of the bathtub. While moving the patient to the bathtub, the nurse holds the patient and bathes the patient. The patient, who has warmed up in the hot water, is transferred onto a transport vehicle with the assistance of a nurse. Then, I wiped myself clean and returned from the bathroom to the bed.
