類、それに混入させる炭素粉末(バインダ入り炭
素粉末も含む)や二硫化モリブデンなどの混入量
をコントロールすることにより目的のモータにも
つとも適した整流子・ブラシ間の電気的特性(接
触抵抗・接触リツプル等)、機械的特性(低摩
擦・低ブラシ音等)を得ることができる。

とにより、モータの条件によつては炭素を含有さ
せない金属ブラシを使用できる等の効果を持つ製
品が得られる。

ることができるので便利である。
