In addition, the same cable fixing device can be used for a wide range of cables with different outer diameters, and the cable can be fixed with a simple operation. However, with conventional cables,
For example, although the cable can be firmly fixed and can withstand cable bending well, it has the disadvantage that it is not waterproof and cannot be widely applied to cables with different outer diameters because the structure focuses on fixing the cable. cables, or cables with a complicated structure to improve cable fixation and waterproofness, and which have the disadvantage of requiring extremely troublesome cable installation operations, or cables with a predetermined outer diameter, There have been problems in that some parts have to be replaced each time a different cable is used, and the characteristics required of a cable fixing device cannot be satisfied.

しようとするものである。 The present invention superimposes a bell-shaped packing between an outer housing and an inner housing that can be screwed together, a guide ring having a guide hole, and a tightening ring having a plurality of flexible claw pieces. The various drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional methods have been eliminated by screwing the claws of the tightening ring onto the cable and fixing the cable, and by attaching the bell-shaped packing to the cable to improve waterproofness. It is intended to provide a cable fixing device.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer housing, on the outer periphery of which a male threaded portion 2, a flange portion 3, and a hexagonal portion 4 are respectively provided, and an inner housing. A packing insertion groove 5 and a female threaded part 6 are formed around the periphery, and an inner housing 7 is formed in the female threaded part 6.
A male threaded portion 8 is screwed together, and a stepped portion 9 is formed at the tip of the male threaded portion 8 on the outer periphery of the inner housing 7, and a hexagonal shaped portion 10 is formed at the terminal end, and an inner hole 11 is formed. ing. 12 is a flat packing, and 13 is a hexagonal nut, which are attached to the male threaded portion 2 of the outer housing 1. Reference numeral 14 denotes a bell-shaped packing made of a highly elastic material such as synthetic rubber, and a tip 16 having an inner hole 15 is made somewhat thicker, and a large diameter flange 17 is attached to the outer housing. The distal end portion 16 is fitted into the packing insertion groove 5 of the outer housing 1 so as to protrude from the left end of the outer housing 1. Reference numeral 18 denotes a guide ring having a conical hole 13 as a guide hole, which is fitted into the outer housing 1 adjacent to the large diameter flange portion 17 of the bell-shaped packing 14, and 20 a plurality of flexible pawls inclined inwardly. A tightening ring formed around the piece 21 is inserted into the outer housing 1 in a direction in which the outer inclined surface of the inwardly inclined flexible claw piece 21 comes into contact with the conical hole 19 of the guide ring 18. At the same time, the annular portion 22 is connected to the stepped portion 9 of the inner housing 7.
The mating position is determined.

できる。 In FIG. 1, the cable is not inserted and therefore the inner housing 7 is inserted into the outer housing 1.
are still not fully screwed together, and the tightening ring 20 and guide ring 18
are spaced apart, and the flexible claw pieces 21 of the tightening ring 20 are fully expanded. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3, insert the male screw part 2 of the outer housing 1 into the mounting part 23 of the cable fixing device itself, such as a switch case, and secure the flat packing 12 with the flange part 3 and hexagonal nut 13. After tightening and fixing the cable 24 through the cable, the cable 24 is inserted into the cable fixture from the direction of the arrow a in the figure. At this time, the flexible claw piece 21 of the tightening ring 20 is in an open state as described above, and the cable 24 can be easily inserted into the cable fixture. 24
is inserted, and when the hexagonal part 10 of the inner housing 7 is grasped with a wrench or the like and screwed onto the outer housing 1, the inner housing 7 penetrates into the outer housing 1 and the tightening ring 20 advances inward, making it flexible. The flexible claw piece 21 comes into contact with the conical hole 19 of the guide ring 18, and is guided by this conical wall and falls inward, so that the tip of the flexible claw piece 21 digs deeply into the outer periphery of the cable 24, making the cable 24 strong. In addition to being fixed, the thick end portion 16 of the bell-shaped packing 14
The large-diameter flange portion 17 of the bell-shaped packing 14 is pressed against the guide ring 18 by the penetration of the inner housing 7, and is elasticized into the packing insertion groove 5 of the outer housing 1. Cable 24 and bell-shaped packing 14
The space between the outer housing 1 and the bell-shaped packing 14 is sealed, thereby improving waterproofness.

4 has moderate pull-out strength in both the directions of arrows a and b in the figure, but the shape of the flexible claw piece 21 makes the pull-out strength in the direction of arrow b in the figure extremely strong, and the outer housing 1 On the other hand, by adjusting the tightening of the inner housing 7, even if the cable 24 has a different outer diameter, it can be firmly fixed. It can be widely applied to Furthermore, even if the cable 24 is repeatedly bent with respect to the cable fixing device at its fixing part, the flexible claw piece 21 of the tightening ring 20 has elasticity, and the characteristics of the thin wall part of the bell-shaped packing 14. This allows the cable 24 to be fixed stably without affecting its waterproof properties.

The bell-shaped packing 14 is fixed by a guide ring 18' as in the fifth embodiment, and the bell-shaped packing 14 and the cable 24 are tightened. Because it does not come into direct contact with the movable tightening ring 20, damage to the relatively flexible bell-shaped packing 14 can be prevented, and when selecting a direction where the cable 24 needs to be particularly strong in pulling out. Compared to the fifth embodiment, it is sufficient to simply change the direction of the tightening ring 20, making handling easier.
