用いられている。

る針17付きの補助送り爪18にて板紙1を予め
若干組立部6側に送り出して送り爪14の板紙1
に対する係合を確実ならしめるようにしている。
次に、組立て部6では、上記板紙供給部5より送
られた板紙1を板紙載置板19上に載置させるよ
うにしている。この板紙載置板19には上記板紙
1の仕切部3相応位置に貫通孔20が設けられる
と共に、支持部4相応位置に支持部4曲折用の回
転部材21が設けられている。尚回転部材21に
はローラ22が下方に突出して設けられている。
また、上記板紙載置板19は伸縮自在なリンク機
構23を介して下降自在に支持されると共に、リ
ンク機構23に設けたスプリング24にて伸張方
向に付勢され下降後に上方復帰自在とされてい
る。更に、上記板紙載置板19の下方で、板紙載
置板19の貫通孔20及び回転部材21の各々の
対応部位には、仕切部3を立上げ自在な複数(こ
の場合4つ)の立上げガイド板25及び回転部材
21を回転させる支持部曲折部材26が固設され

係合させ得るようにしている。更に、上記押圧部
材29にはフツク30が一体に設けられ、このフ
ツク30が押圧部材29と同時に上下動して押圧
部材29による押圧が解除されて板紙載置板19
が上方復帰した際に押圧部材29と共に上方に移
動して板紙1の中央折線2の両端部31と係合し
て板紙1を板紙載置板19上より持上げるように
なつている。また、板紙載置板19上には上記フ
ツク30による板紙1の持上げ時板紙1の両支持
部4側の位置を規制するガイド部材32が設けら
れ、このガイド部材32が板紙1のフツク30に
よる持上げ移動と相俟つて板紙1を中央折線2位
置で予備的に曲折するようになつている。そし
て、上記フツク30の上方位置に搬送用のチヤツ
ク33を配し、上記フツク30が上限位置に達し
た際に、該フツク30にて上記中央折線2部分を
チヤツク33に挿入・挾持させて中央折線2部分
を仕上げ曲折するようにしている。尚、上記チヤ
ツク33は、組立て部6から箱内組込部8にわた
つて配され且モータ34及びスプロケツト35を
介して移動可能にされたチエーン36に多数取付
けられている。そしてさらに、箱内組込部8では
上記チヤツク33によつて送られてきた中仕切7
をシリンダ37にて開閉のチヤツク38にて挾持
し且つ該チヤツク38を上下動用のシリンダ39
にて下方に移動させて上記チヤツク33より取外
した後、包装箱9内に挿入して組込むようにして
いる。
