の処理例えばコイルバンドの切断或いは入側クレ
ードルカーへの自動挿入の際、従来のバンドカツ
ター横移動或いはコイルトランスフアークレーン
による挿入等の時間的,設備コスト的ロスをなく
し簡便な移動ビームにより迅速にコイルの調芯を
行ない供給処理を可能とするコイル移送装置に関

させる、つまり調芯させることが可能であるの
で、後工程例えばコイルバンド切断或いはクレー
ドルロールへのコイル挿入も支障なく行なうこと

を第1図と第2図のようにコイルの進行方向(第
2図矢印)へ複数組列設している。なお、6は前
記昇降装置3の上部に固定されたコイル受台であ

コイル軸方向に調整が必要な距離だけコロ軸受9

えばコロ軸受9(フラツトゲージ)で保持され調
芯シリンダー8により移送方向つまりコイルの軸
方向へ自由に一定距離動かし調芯することができ
る。コイル軸方向の芯合わせのための移動すべき
量は、コイル巾を測定しその信号を例えば投光器
12と受光器12′によつて調芯シリンダー8に
取付けた位置発信器10に送られ、所定量だけ調
芯スキツド5は移動され、この移動により調芯ス
キツド5上のコイル7はその軸方向において自動
