性樹脂2を塗布して、これらの素材単板1を離型
紙3を介して積層し、平型4により圧締して前記
熱硬化性樹脂2を素材単板1の片面側に含浸させ
て同図Cに示すような樹脂含浸単板1′を得、こ
れらの樹脂含浸単板1′と他の素材単板とを組み
合わせて同図Dに示すように接着剤を介して積層
し、凹凸型5で圧締接着して同図Eに示すような
凹凸集成フリツチ6を得、この凹凸集成フリツチ
6を同図Eに仮想線で示すようにその積層面と交
差する方向より板目スライスして、同図Fに示す
ような人工化粧単板7を得るものである。

が生じず、また集成フリツチのスライス工程のさ
いにも目ぼれが発生せず、得られる人工化粧単板
の不良率を大幅に低減化することができるという
効果を有する。
