In the method of manufacturing the artificially decorated veneer as shown in Figure 1, there are cracks, insect holes, combs, tar, etc. in a part of the material veneer 1 to be laminated, as shown in Figure 1. Defect part 1'
When a defective material veneer 1' having a is included,
In order to avoid the uneconomical situation in which the resulting artificial decorative veneer has voids caused by the defect 1'a, resulting in the artificial decorative veneer becoming a defective product, conventionally, the material single layer has been removed before forming the composite fritsch. The boards were sorted and defective material veneers with cracks and other defects as described above were removed.

単板9を得るものである。 An embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 2 to 5. In other words, this decorative veneer manufacturing method uses raw wood veneers obtained by slicing raw wood.
As shown in FIG. 2A, defective material veneers 2 having defects 2a such as cracks, combs, and insect holes are sorted out, and the defects 2a of these defective material veneers 2 are as shown by broken lines in FIG. 2B. The treated veneer 2' is processed to have a smooth sloped surface from the periphery of the defective part 2a to the center by sanding.
After dyeing, multiple sheets are assembled (at this time, normal material veneers that have been dyed may be combined), and they are laminated with adhesive as shown in Figure C to create a gentle unevenness on the pressed surface. A primary assembly fritch 4 is made by pressing and bonding with a mold 3, and this primary assembly fritch 4 is sliced in a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface as shown in Figure D, and as shown in Figure E. 1 represented by the boundary surface of each treated veneer 2'... (or treated veneer 2' and normal material veneer)
Composite veneer 5 that exposes a narrow part (corresponding to the defective part 2a) between the next annual ring line 5a and the adjacent annual ring line 5a
A plurality of these composite veneers 5 or these composite veneers 5 and dyed normal material veneers 6 are combined as shown in FIGS. 3A and B, and the manufacturing process of the composite veneer 5 is carried out. Similarly, a decorative veneer 9 as shown in Figure E is obtained through the process of forming a concave-convex assembly fritch 8 using the concave-convex die 7 (C in the same figure) and then secondary slicing (D in the same figure).

Combining a normal material veneer and a composite veneer in a number ratio of 1:1 Pressing mold: uneven surface with radius of curvature R = 100 mm as shown in Figure 3 C Adhesive: urethane adhesive In this way, Composite veneer 5 obtained from the process of forming and slicing composite fritsch 4 based on defective material veneer 2 whose defective parts 2a have been sanded is again subjected to the same secondary process (in this example, it is dyed) Since the decorative veneer 9 is obtained by forming and slicing the assembled fritsch 8 (combining normal material veneers 6), the material surface of the decorative veneer 9 has a shape as shown by reference numeral 9a in FIG. The cut surface of the composite veneer 5 (and the normal material veneer 6) not only expresses the original annual ring line (due to the secondary process), but also
1 within the cut plane of the composite veneer 5 shown enlarged in FIG.
Lamination boundary line 5a of defective material veneer 2 in the next process
(The boundary lines 5a and 5a are close to each other in the sanding processing section as shown by 5b in the same figure.) For example, roses do not necessarily follow the original annual ring difference 9a (due to secondary processing). It is possible to express the shaded heather seen in wood, etc., and it is possible to give the obtained decorative veneer 9 a wood texture rich in natural feeling.

有する。 As described above, the method for manufacturing a decorative veneer of the present invention includes the steps of sanding the defective portion of a defective material veneer having a defective portion from the periphery to the center to form an inclined smooth surface; A primary assembly fritch forming step in which a plurality of treated veneers are laminated and pressure-bonded via an adhesive to obtain a primary assembly frit; A primary slicing step to obtain a composite veneer by slicing, and a plurality of the composite veneers or this composite veneer and a raw material veneer without defects are combined and laminated with an adhesive, and pressed and bonded in a concave-convex shape. This process includes a secondary assembly fritch forming process to obtain a secondary assembly fritsch, and a secondary slicing process of slicing the secondary assembly fritches from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface thereof, making effective use of defective material veneers. This has the effect that it is possible to easily produce a decorative veneer with a rich natural feel that reproduces the shaded heather that closely resembles natural wood.
