In the past, most wooden buildings in Japan were built using the ``Jikadate'' construction method, in which wooden pillars were built directly on top of the foundation stones, but after the Great Kanto Earthquake, building regulations required that wooden pillars be built directly on top of the foundation stones. , attach the wooden base 5 by fixing it with the anchor vault 8, and attach the wooden base 5 to the wooden base 5 as shown in FIG.
As shown in b, the thickness of the wooden base 5 is not reached.
Drill a hole 6', and on the other hand, on the wooden post 1 side, provide a hole 2' with a length corresponding to the hole 6', and
Build a wooden pillar on the wooden base 5 by inserting the
The construction method was regulated to connect the wooden pillar 1 and the wooden base 5 with a plug or a bolt, making it earthquake resistant.
The outer periphery called ``white thick'' that surrounds the hard core of the wood used as a wooden base is prone to wear out and become bulky due to corrosion, insect damage, dry shrinkage, etc. Subsidence causes parts of the building to fall and become distorted, causing problems such as poor installation of fittings and furniture, cracks and flaking of walls, and especially recently, hard core materials have become weaker. This problem has become even more serious as young trees that are not fully developed are increasingly being used for the wooden pillars 1 and the wooden bases 5.

This invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of current wooden buildings that use wooden foundations. The purpose of this invention is to attach a material made of synthetic resin or the like that has sufficient strength to prevent deformation and deformation at the lower end of the wooden pillar. By passing the lumber through the wooden foundation and gluing the tip to the foundation concrete, the load on the wooden pillar is received by the foundation concrete through the lumber, thereby preventing partial subsidence of the building due to wear and tear on the wooden foundation. It was made in a similar manner.

To explain the construction method of this invention with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings, as shown in FIG.
A material 2 made of a durable, strong, and hard material that does not deteriorate, such as a synthetic resin material, is applied to the outer periphery and press-fitted into the mounting hole 3, and the tip is cut off. The length of the lumber 2 protruding from the lower end of the wooden pillar 1 is made to match the thickness of the wooden base 5, and a hole 6 is provided that passes vertically through the pillar position of the wooden base 5, and the anchor vault is laid on the foundation concrete 7. It is built on a wooden base 5 sewn at 8 (Figs. 3 and 4), and the load received by the wooden pillar 1 is directly received by the foundation concrete 7 via the lumber 2.

The connection between the wooden pillar 1 and the wooden base 5 is done in the same way as in modern wooden buildings.

In the above configuration, after a long period of time, the wooden foundation 5 near the boundary between the foundation concrete 7 and the wooden foundation 5
As a result of wear and tear, the thickness of the wooden base 5 itself decreases, and even if the time changes from t 1 to t 2 as shown in Fig. 5, the column 1 is still supported on the foundation concrete via 〓 2, Therefore, the house itself will no longer lean or collapse.

The construction method of this invention for preventing partial settlement of a wooden building due to wear and tear of the wooden foundation is to attach a material 2 made of a highly durable synthetic resin material to the lower end of the wooden pillar 1. Since the wooden pillar 1 is built on the wooden foundation by penetrating the foundation 5 and adhering the lumber 2 to the foundation concrete 7, the load that the wooden pillar 1 receives is transferred to the foundation concrete 7 through the lumber 2. As a result, it is possible to prevent the wooden pillars 1 from sinking regardless of the wear and tear of the wooden foundation 5, and it is possible to prevent partial sinking of the wooden building, preventing the installation of fittings and furniture from becoming poor, and preventing cracks and peeling of walls. This has the effect of preventing this from occurring.
