To explain the construction method of this invention with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings, there is a
The installation holes 3 are provided at right angles to the column positions of the wooden base 5, and the through holes 6 are provided at right angles to the positions of the pillars in the same manner as in the original invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the synthetic resin material is molded. The upper half shown in FIG. A through-hole provided in the wooden base 5 with a thickness and length that fits into the mounting hole 3 provided at the center of the lower end surface of the wooden pillar 1, and a length corresponding to the thickness of the wooden base 5 in its lower half. 6, and a flange plate 21 of a shape and size that matches the lower end surface of the wooden pillar 1 is integrally connected and attached between the upper and lower halves, or A resin adhesive is applied to the outer periphery of the upper half and the upper surface of the collar plate 21 to attach the timber 2, which has a structure that can support the load of the wooden pillar 1 with the collar plate 21.
After fitting the lower end and attaching it, the wooden pillar 1 is erected on the wooden foundation 5, and the wooden pillar 1 is supported directly on the upper surface of the foundation concrete 7 via the lumber 2, so that the wooden pillar 1 is not damaged by wear and tear. Even when the wooden pillars are compressed, the wooden pillars 1 are prevented from sinking, thereby preventing the wooden building from being partially distorted.

As shown in FIG. 3, the material 2 of the present invention is made of a synthetic resin material, a synthetic resin material with a metal reinforcing core material inside, or only a metal material, and is fitted into the wooden post 1. A collar plate 21 corresponding to the lower surface of the wooden pillar 1 is attached between the half part and the lower half part penetrating the wooden base 5 either integrally or to a structure capable of supporting the load of the wooden pillar 1.

As an example, as shown in FIG. 4, using a synthetic resin adhesive on the outside of the metal core material 22, the upper and lower synthetic resin pipes 23 and the collar plate 21 of the intermediate synthetic resin plate are fitted and bonded together. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, a synthetic resin pipe 23 used on the outer periphery of the metal core material 22
is fitted only into the lower half that fits into the wooden base 5 below the flange plate 21, and the synthetic resin pipe 23 is not fitted into the upper half, using only the metal core material 22. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, a pyramid-shaped metal column can be used as the metal core 22 to facilitate press-fitting into the wooden column 1.

Also, according to this construction method, as shown in Fig. 7, the mounting hole 3 provided on the lower end surface of the wooden pillar 1 is deeper than the length of the upper half of the timber 2, and the insect repellent is placed in the space 31 at the upper end. It is also possible to incorporate preservatives.

In the construction method of this invention, as mentioned above, at the lower end of the wooden pillar 1,
The lumber 2 with the collar plate 21 attached between the upper and lower halves using synthetic resin material etc. is attached to the lower end of the wooden pillar 1 using resin adhesive, and the lower end of the lumber 2 is attached to the wooden base 5. is passed through and directly adhered to the upper surface of the foundation concrete 7, so that the load received by the wooden pillar 1 is directly received by the foundation concrete 7 through the collar plate 21 and the lower half of the timber 2, and the lower end surface of the wooden pillar 1 Since the collar plate 21 is attached in close contact with the wooden base 5, the wooden pillar 1 will not sink even if the wooden base 5 is worn out or compressed by the pillar and becomes bulky, and the wooden pillar 1 of the wooden building will not sink. This has the effect of preventing distortions in buildings.

Additional Relationship This invention is applicable to applicant's patent no.
61-44174) invention (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 57-74450), the original invention is that a synthetic resin material 2 is attached to the lower end of the wooden pillar 1, and the lower end of the material 2 is attached to the wooden base 5. The load received by the wooden pillar 1 is directly received by the foundation concrete 7 through the timber 2, and the wooden pillar 1 sinks due to wear and deterioration of the wooden base or compression of the pillar. The purpose of this invention is to prevent the occurrence of partial distortions in wooden buildings, but the present invention is based on the material 2 made of synthetic resin material, metal material, or wood using synthetic resin adhesive. A material made of plywood or a combination of synthetic resin and metal, with a collar plate 21 integrally attached between the upper half into which the wooden pillar 1 is fitted and the lower half into which the wooden base 5 is fitted. 2, the load received by the wooden columns 1 is directly received by the foundation concrete 7 via the timbers 2, making it possible to better achieve the purpose of preventing the occurrence of distortion in wooden buildings. It is something.
